Very bad Body polishing

I had a very disappointing experience with YesMadam’s body polishing service. It was a complete waste of money.

The beautician who came seemed to be new and inexperienced. The body polishing was not done properly at all. She used only a very small amount of the Sokora products throughout the service, which made it feel like she was trying to save the product instead of providing the treatment I paid for.

After the service, there was absolutely no visible difference in my skin. There was no glow, no softness, and no improvement at all. My skin looked and felt exactly the same as before.

I would not recommend this body polishing service based on my experience. I expected professional service and visible results, but unfortunately, I received neither.

Not getting service on scheduled time

Initially for first 2 bookings got the service as booked on time but after that professionals were not coming on time no communication from Yes Madams end until
I reach to them. Need to improve on this.

Money stolen by Radhika Oli

I recently booked a full body wax with other service, the lady Radhika Oli was smelling very bad the whole time. I wanted to be nice so ignored the disgusting smell that was coming and waited for the service to be over. As I was ordering breakfast for myself I also got Radhika Oli 2 dosa and 2 mango juice for her and her child as a sweet gesture. After the service I went to get the food from the hall and when I came back to the room I saw RADHIKA OLI stealing money from my side table. I felt extremely upset seeing that as she was talking so nicely the whole time as though to build trust. After she saw me come back into the room she quickly took the food and ran out of my house because she was scared. She never ever took the otp after service ended. Radhika Oli was a thief but what yes madam did was even more worse they called me after I added the review on the app and added Radhika Oli on conference after which she started using dirty language and threatening to come back to my location, it was very unprofessional. The person who added Radhika Oli on call was named something like Manavi or maansi. I never made any scene even though my money got stolen. The soul purpose of my review was to make people aware of this behavior but they let Radhika scream and do drama on call I have it recorded and will be posting that on social media too.
No action was taken against the lady and don’t believe YesMadam don’t take service from they already have cases running check on Google.

Poor Service and No Customer Support

Never booking massage services from Yes Madam again. I booked a Potli Massage for my husband worth ₹2000, which clearly included a foot ritual and dry body walk. However, the therapist refused to do the foot ritual saying it was “too heavy to carry” and claimed there was nothing special about it. He also skipped the dry body walk completely and directly started the massage.
The potli was used only for a few minutes, which was highly disappointing considering the service booked. Additionally, the therapist was standing on the bed during the massage, and I’m not even sure if that is part of the standard procedure.
Another major issue was the timing. The appointment was booked for 12 noon, but the therapist called at 10 AM asking if he could come immediately. Calling customers 2 hours earlier and expecting them to adjust is simply unprofessional.
What’s even more frustrating is that there is no proper way to contact customer care or raise a complaint. Very dissatisfied with the overall experience and service quality. I request Yes Madam to contact us regarding this issue.

Facial WITHOUT a face massage. ⛔️Person took no OTP, applied ultrasonic and RF tools on the eyes, didn’t use any gloves and refused to apply anything on the neck. The phone helpline person heard the issue and put on indefinite hold thinking avoiding will solve the issue. DON’T USE THE YESMADAM

Waste of time at all

I downloaded the app for the first time. I wasted my time by investing my time in this app. I saw some ad on Instagram. I downloaded it. I thought I would get a service.

I opened the app, researched all the services I wanted, and then he took my address. They took my address, what all they wanted, and took it. When I was clicking on the final checkout, they were saying, "We are booked for the next 7 days. Try after some time." What is this? Can't you just tell us, when we are opening the app, that we don't have a team to provide the service? Why did you waste our time if you don't have a team to service? You can just put a bottom sheet or some banner or some pop-ups that say, "We don't have any service provider or service partner right now, so we can't give you service. We can't serve you." You can just put it so I don't waste my time on the app. This is a really bad experience I had. I opened the app and just that's all. I opened the app, did research, selected a package, and added what all you wanted. I had add-ons, whatever you wanted. I did everything. I added my address and clicked on checkout, and then you are telling us, "We are booked for the next 7 days, brother." Why are you not telling in the first place when we are opening the app?

The worst company ever. They are so disorganised and mismanaged. I have tried availing services twice on different occasions and both time I have been thoroughly disappointed and had a frustrating experience. They always call me and say that due to some or other reason, my appointment will have to be rescheduled. The first time I let it go and I said it’s alright reschedule the appointment and then the rescheduled appointment also had to be rescheduled again because of unavailability on their end. A fee months later I booked again and a second time again, they are calling me and telling me, that my appointment has to be rescheduled because the service person broke her mobile phone and when I said I don’t want it to be rescheduled. I just want a refund. They give me another person for the service who was supposed to come and a few hours before the appointment, I get a call, saying that the appointment will have to be rescheduled because, the person does not have the right products. They had no intention of giving me this appointment to begin with. They just wanted to delay the cancellation. how can the person not have the products when the appointment has been booked days in advance? they should stop taking appointments if they cannot manage them because it just leads to a very frustrating process for the customer who already has some event and then has to go back-and-forth in communicating and rescheduling appointments. and they always cancel last minute, so I don’t even have any other options then.

Review for pathetic service

Pathetic… Very bad experience with professional lady from “Yes Madam Salon “I have booked service on 11 March for mani & pedi for 12 March 2026 time slot was 04:00 to 04:300 pm evening for Korean meni pedi service.
Jyoti Shetty was assigned as professional service provider who called me by afternoon and said that she don’t have Korean kit which I was booked. I Salk her for another kit and continue my bookings on same day and time for which was agreed
She was suppose to come by 4 to 4:15 on the shared location. I can understand that in Mumbai it’s bit difficult to reach on time. I called her by 04:25 she said I am reaching in next 10 minutes. I was waited. I called her again by 4:45 that’s after 20 minutes of my first call she said i m not getting your location i said ok pls let me know where are you so I can help you to get the location. She cuts the call. After 10 minutes I received a call from ‘Yes Madam” service Center that due to not finding the location we r cancelling your services and asking me to reschedule the service on tomorrow that is on 13 March 2026 which was not possible for me coz I m going out of town on that same day.
I was very much disappointed coz it was my first service booking for “Yes Madam’

terrible customer support. booked 2 separate bookings and both services did not show up. the customer support did nothing to compensate for the 3 hours wasted for this booking. the only option is to reschedule, which given their 2 cancellations, nobody would be willing to trust them again. worst service.
