This app helped me through a really tough time in my life, I used it nightly, sometimes throughout the day, and it was a huge help when I was struggling the most with anxiety and depression. I still go back to it when I’ve had a tough day. I highly recommend this app and this version on Yoga Nidra, I don’t know where I would be without it today. Thank you ❤️

My favorite Yoga Nidra

I have a few Yoga Nidra apps. This has become my favorite. Very calm and calming, very complete in its content... Yes, I did buy the 3 add-ons for 99 cents total; you need to have those. His voice? If it bothers you any, TURN DOWN your volume a bit so it's soft and quiet. I can't imagine doing Yoga Nidra with loud booming sound anyway. I just had to get used to his accent after a couple minutes is all. Honestly, to the other review - if you couldn't "last five seconds," do you really think you gave it a fair try? Change your focus. Sounds like you desperately need to learn some meditation techniques and actually use this app as well if that's the case! :). Namaste

Good App - better with some minor revisions

The guide that takes you through the relaxation is the best one I've come across and I've downloaded 5/6 different apps for the Yoga Nidra practice. I'd like to record the length of time I am mediating and this app does not currently let you do that. It counts down from 16 mins but will refresh to 16mins several times throughout the practice as different segments arise. In the end you have no idea what length of time you've been mediating for. Making it hard to set goals and keep track, which I honk is important at least starting out.

Guy's voice is just awful. Couldn't sit with it for more than 5 seconds. He is jarring and not at all relaxing.
