I am amazed at how this loan process went. It was such a smooth process that I paused and asked if this was me. My loan manager and his assistant took time to explain step by step how the loan process works although this was not my first house purchase, I forgot most of the process. They were not angry with me when I asked questions. They provided every information I needed. They are even ready to help me refinance my house if rates go lower possibly in future. I enjoyed working with Zack and Katie. I recommend them with confidence to anyone wanting to buy a house to go with them.
