Poor showcase of clothing

Wish they could use average size models as can never get a feel for what clothes will actually look like. Most clothes from Zara I like I find on street asking women where they got something from then see it modelled online and it looks awful.

FIX LOG IN!!!

been shopping on the zara app for many years and never had an issue logging into the app until recently. logging into my account on a desktop hasn’t been a problem but the app has not been an easy experience lately. please fix whatever the issue is.

Love but shipping constant delays

I would rate Zara and their app 5 stars, but over the course of the last 3 months wait times on shipping have increased dramatically. Prior you could order an outfit for the following week. Now you are lucky to receive your full order within 4-6 weeks. What’s happening Zara?

The app drains the battery

The app is not optimized for performance. Using this app

Bad chat page and customer service

The contact us page blocks you and feels hard to use and their customer service is absolutely bad i request one thing they do another and they don’t want to answer normal questions and then they just close the conversation and you have no way to report it

Can no longer purchase

App won’t let me progress pass checkout. Can’t sign in, create an account, or link to Gmail. Have $200 of items I’m trying to buy and I can’t progress. Bye Zara.

It’s a good app , but it needs to be improved as it’s not working in their own Zara shops , can’t show staff items am looking for !!
Generally not working everywhere even on 5G .
Some of item photos are ridiculous it shows the model more than the item itself

Scratches on my child visor hats

I ordered two visor hats in different colours but they both turned up with a few scratches on them. I would think ordering online makes it easier and gets one good quality products but alas! You can do better next time.

Zara App Just awful

Without a doubt, the worst shopping app I’ve ever used.

The Zara app is an absolute mess. It’s slow, glitchy, confusing, and seems to have been designed by people who have never actually used it themselves. Finding anything is like trying to solve a puzzle. The search function is hopeless, the categories make no sense, and products seem to vanish into thin air the moment you try to find them again.

Every update somehow makes it worse. Instead of making shopping easier, the app turns a simple task into an exercise in frustration. Endless scrolling, poor navigation, random glitches, and a layout that prioritises looking trendy over being functional.

I genuinely don’t understand how a global brand can have an app this bad. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Shopping should not be this difficult. Sort it out, Zara.

Shipping/Delivery Problems

Made an order on the 29th May on behalf of my nan and it said it would come the next day, or the day after. Since the 29th, we’ve still been waiting and it’s gone way past this pretend date that they keep moving. It’s now the 11th June. Why broadcast something saying how fast the shipping and delivery is and then turn it around and make it to the point of a 70 year old woman sat at a door all day seeing delivery drivers drive past and getting her hopes up because now she’s spent around 50 quid and thinks she’s been scammed at this point. Not impressed as usually it isn’t like this 🙁

App always needs an update

App requires an update every 2 business days. What’s that about?

Faulty app/incorrect shipment- in app help could care less

I ordered an over price outfit for my baby’s first birthday. I literally planned the decorations around the damn outfit.
They sent the wrong size.
I double checked what I ordered and they sent the wrong item.
The party is Sunday, and I can’t get it shipped in time via the app options so I contacted their helpdesk to see if they could have it shipped out and possibly comp me the cost of express shipping shipping as the error was their fault. The resolution I was offered was for them to mail me a return label. And for them to mail out the correct item once they receive the return back at their warehouse. I pushback and asked if there was anyone else I could talk to or if there was anything else and that was the only resolution I was offered besides just a plain return label.
This was probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Also, the app is annoying and its interface is not intuitive.

App not user friendly

While the app looks stylish, it’s not practical for normal users. Hard to filter products and navigate. I wish Zara would redesign the app so it’s easier to view for the user. It’s really frustrating and makes me not want to purchase off their site.
