Checkout won’t work
The check out constantly has errors and “try again later” . I gave deleted the app, reloaded, cleared cache… it’s so annoying. The find in store only works intermittently

I used to love Zara but shein has way better design that you guys and the prices are way better and the quality is the same you guys have forgotten the reason why you became Zara because you used to produce what the women like not horrible plane clothing
Worst delivery and customer service.
I ordered 3 perfumes, the package was left outside of mail room, (unattended, no sign or handed to mail clerk ) it was obviously stolen. Customer service said not refund or solution, cause it was delivered to right address??

Nice clothes horrible app
So hard to read and navigate. The app is a mess. Just a bunch of tiny labels scattered randomly around the screen — not clear what’s a button and what’s a label.
Zara’s app is easy to use
Zara’s app is one of the apps that is easier to use compared to others. Had no any issues with using it. The description are clear. Delivery was within expectations. I will keep using the app for doing online shopping for Zara.

Zara Upgraded in Efficiency
I stopped buying Zara due to stolen returns shipped back. Countless hours on the phone with weak customer service in 2024. They have since really turned this situation around in 2026. I have not had issues at all. Precise deliveries and easy returns if needed.

今回セールにてオンラインショップにて購入。注文した商品が２週間以上、手続き中で止まっていたため、カスタマーセンターに問い合わせたところ、スペインの倉庫にて在庫確保できています、準備でき次第随時、発送します。との案内を聞き１週間待ったが、オンラインサイトを確認しても手続き中から変化なし。再度、カスタマーセンターに問い合わせたところ、同じくスペインの倉庫にて商品の在庫確保済み。発送にお時間がかかっているとの案内。お時間がかかるからキャンセルでも大丈夫と案内されるが、在庫確保と案内受けたので、待ちます。と伝える。
しかし、さらに２週間ほど経った後にオンラインサイトをたまたま見ると、勝手に商品のキャンセル手続きにされ、注文が取消し状態になってました。
キャンセルのメールもなし、何の連絡もなしで一方的にキャンセルにされました。
カスタマーセンターに問い合わせたところ、在庫確保が出来ておらずキャンセル手続きをしたとの案内。対応も平謝りで終わり。違うところでセール品を買えば良かったです。

As I do not have a Zara close to me this is great for being able to look for a new wardrobe and delivery is great.
The worst customer support
Don’t buy there, they will split your order into shipments and deliver one to the wrong place and then refuse to do anything about it because it is was ‘safely delivered’. The worst experience I ever had. All other merchants would always take responsibility for their couriers’ errors when they are that obvious and you have different delivery proofs for different parts of the same order.

The best App out there
I’d say the Zara app is the easiest and fastest to use compared to other sites . I’ve never had any issues to date. I don’t find the photos confusing, as everyone seems to be complaining about them in the reviews . Just need to read the descriptions which are clear.

Good but..
The app is good but the models need to stand up and show the pieces better. A review would be helpful too for guessing if a piece will actually fit. I am tired of buying and returning repeatedly from Zara. This is about to end. A simple review format will change everything

I absolutely love Zara however recently there has been a lot of publicity on the negative and concerning health impacts the recycled clothing has on the human body. So please Zara move to natural fibres once more.
