Never insure with them
Not recommended at all. Gives you way too expensive charge despite having good food delivery experience, full uk manual, and years if driving license at 1.2 l petrol engine. No claim of 5 years. Means no factors to give you high price but they give it to even new fresh drivers with new licenses too. And even if you try to contact them for 8-10 weeks, they dont help you. Way too partial. Better rely on big names than Zego.

Poor how you are charged 1 hour for 1 job which you may get paid £4 and take 10/15 minutes to complete and if you don’t get another job within 10 minutes you got to pay for another hour if you get a job 11 minutes later. Surely if you’ve paid for 1 hour you should be covered for any jobs done within that 1 hour.
I’ve also been charged 3 hours for a job that wasn’t at the actual site but was stuck on my system until it was resolved by Stuart Delivery support , surely if a person gets paid the insurance company gets paid but when you don’t get paid surely the insurance company shouldn’t.

Feedback regarding Insurance Billing during Idle/Waiting Time
I am writing to express a concern regarding the insurance charging structure. Currently, I am being charged for insurance as long as I am online, even if I haven't been assigned an order. On several occasions, I have waited 15 to 30 minutes between deliveries without an active order, yet I was still charged for insurance during that idle time.
I believe the system should be adjusted so that insurance fees are only applied when an order is active. Charging for 'waiting time' feels unfair to the drivers. Please look into a more equitable 'Pay-per-active-order' model.
