Privacy invasion
You don't need Full Access to my calendar and every location name phone number in it to let me add an event. There is already a feature for this in iOS for developers to use to "Add Only". When I set it to Add Only your app says "Access to Calendar not authorized" because either no one considered the user's privacy or it was considered and the goal is to mine our data. When I pay for a rental unit I do not offer you my data or the ability to monetize other aspects of my life.

Charges to pay rent
Thieving monsters can’t even make an app that works reliably, 6 out of 6 auto payments failed and I’ve spent hours of my life trying to make my rent payment this year bc of this bs app

App constantly kicks you out
The app constantly kicks you out and when you go to log back in, it will say things like “invalid user id or password”…then you try to open your account through the website and that doesn’t work, so you try to reset the password and that still doesn’t work. Incredibly frustrating as I rely on this app for things within my apartment building.

This app sucks
If I could give -100 stars I would. I have to change my password every time I try to log into this cheap Chinese app. I reset my password 10 times and every time it said I had an incorrect password. Worst app ever

Not going to lie cool app to pay rent but the over pricing to pay my rent is the problem other than that the apps great

App is trash. Auto pay doesn’t work. Logs me out every month when it’s time to pay rent and I have to make a whole new password because for some reason it won’t accept the previous password I made last month. On top of that you have to pay a $6 app fee. What do you mean I have to pay money to pay my bills?! Terrible, if I could I’d give it 0 stars. Do better Zego!

Can’t log in
Unable to log in to my account. Always prompted from the old app to utilize the updated app but always receive an error when I put my credentials in. If this can’t be fixed then it needs to stop trying to force me to use something that’s not working.

This company makes sure you cannot access your account on their website or app. You have to set up auto pay for an extra $4.

This app is ridiculous. Never works, no matter what I do following its directions and prompts to a t. New password, new account, nothing! And seems the developer is long MIA. What a waste of time
Doesn’t work
I haven’t been able to pay my rent through this app the entire time I’ve lived at my complex. Every time I try, it gives me an error. When I contacted support last month, they stated Plaid that’s used to connect the banking apps were down. It’s still not working a month later. Absolute trash.
Can’t access my acvount
