Terrible experience
No customer support. E-Token app not working for those abroad. Zenith has become a local bank in a global world
This is the worst E token app ever I have GT BANK TOKEN E TOKEN TO BE PRECISE AND it’s not like this
I have inputted the correct details needed to link register with my debit card and it’s saying error when I click on done / confirm that one star you guys don’t even worth it main reason I stopped banking with zenith

Error code
Registration doesn’t even pass the first stage. It says error code while adding my bank account and card details .. what’s up with this app? everyone just keep complaining about it why?

I received my etoken activation code, but unable to access my etoken.
I keep getting the message this token is active.
I haven’t been able to set up a new pin, and still do not have access to the etoken app.
Please advise what I need to do.

Useless app
Like most things by zenith bank, it is pretty useless and doesn’t work.
Left to me I’ll give it a zero rating but that’s not possible so here we are with a 1 star.
