Best Car Wash Ever!!!
Every time I take my car to Zips, it’s like a team of attendants cleaned and shined every part of my car. The vacuum is the most powerful I’ve ever used. I will forever be a Zips fan!!! The Biggest!!!

This app is terrible no directions how to get discount. Called member service the lady didn’t know said she would send me an email and never did.

This entire company is terrible. App doesn’t migrate cars, creates new account, double charges, brings popups while trying to the, overwrites your text area and you can’t see what you are typing. Customer service agents barely speak English.
Not worth the)$
I’ve tried zips three times now. Every time I cancel my membership because the fluids at their locations do not work in my car comes out just as dirty as it went end. Third times a charm I will never have to test this again. I will not be a part of the zips family any longer.

It’s absolutely terrible and confusing.
rigged wheel
it’s a difficult app sometimes to move around but the main issue i have is the daily wheel spin. i earned 90 points in about 1.5/2 months spinning daily. i have now been exactly 20 days of “no wins” on the wheel. ya know it’s rigged.
Hacked
Someone hacked into my account used my credit card and put their car on a membership. Contacted Support to cancel membership, but didn’t even refund and its still pending cancellation.

Couldn't use the free car wash
I signed up, opened the car wash code and then closed it. I wanted to confirm everything was working before I went to the site, but I lost my free car wash just because I closed it. What kind of app is this, one that does not require that the car wash center enter into their system before marking the car wash as redeemed? And I called the support center and they were unhelpful too. Waste of a time, lost 30 minutes of my precious time because of this.
