Use to be a great source for info. Since the last update, you can’t login. The app now only leaves you with an error. Without being able to log in, you can’t use it.

2 mins after creating an account a google pixel phone signed into my email account. I have an iPhone
Wrong info about myself
Zoom Info is providing incorrect information about myself and I am unable to change it. Very frustrating!

I have been using the app for a while, it’s nice but please bring back the last updated option
Great prospecting tool
This is the best prospecting tool I’ve used in 20 years of sales. I’m finding the contacts are 90% accurate when matched to social media networks. The technologies section provides insight into each prospect’s IT environment. The only negative is that I don’t feel the insights are very useful.
Waste of time
Downloaded and hoping to see information for business email and phone number, there is nothing, such pathetic app
This is a fake website probably stealing id
This is fake. It doesn’t let you create your own id. Also when you use your google or Microsoft id, it also doesn’t work. I am afraid Apple has allowed a fake app designed by identity thieves.
Useless on the road
App only shows half the screen and has a pop up little zoom video every time you do something that doesn’t go away. Embarrassing
Horrible
The phone number verification code was sent to me about 300 times. It just kept sending random numbers non stop. The website is also horrible to use and kept lagging out.
Simply Horrible
Quite literally the worst mobile app I’ve ever used… every time I go to sign in I get signed out within a minute of using it absolutely horrible mobile app coding.
Inconsistent CRM integration
You cannot export a contact or company to HubSpot from this mobile app. It’s absolutely disgusting that you play favorites with CRMs.
Doesn’t work
Took 5 attempts to log in because it would immediately log me out after “successfully logged in”. Not sure why. Finally get logged in, the interface is terrible, super zoomed in as if I’m on a desktop browser and can’t zoom out. I search 1 company, can’t see any details because the interface is so bad, then it logs me back out again. Needs to be fixed asap.
