I was travelling to Kanyakumari via Hazrat Nizamuddin SF express. I was looking for breakfast. I searched on net and found this app . I was looking for some refreshing and healthy breakfast so I ordered one from my choice a sandwich with mango smoothie. I ordered online and paid the price. Now I sit relax . A was in short Nap suddenly my phone rang. It was delivery call. He told me to come to door . Soon the train reached Agra I was on door and clearly see persons with my order as it was from London coffee I can confirm it from far away. It was handed over to me. I enjoyed the meal. Tasty and fresh . I was awesome experience. Thanks to London coffee and Zomato.

Worst app ever
Extremely disappointed with this order. I did not receive the items I ordered, and what was delivered was completely wrong. I contacted customer support immediately, but their service has been terrible—no proper response, no refund, and no follow-up. It’s been 3–4 weeks now, and I still haven’t received a call back. Their customer care service doesn’t seem to be working at all. This kind of experience is unacceptable. I expected much better from a platform that people rely on for convenience and accuracy.

Good App to order but issue with Tracking
I find it as a good app to order food but they need to work on the tracking system the customer might get confused about their order status and they are well updated with the train status as my train was delayed and I didn’t had any clue about the delivery coz they don’t give you the delivery boy details but my food got delivered by time.

Order not received
So my 57 year old dad was travelling from ers to nzm. So I ordered him food through zoop and payment was online when train reached Vijaywada station the delivery was suppose to be done but instead at 2.18 pm I received msg order is being prepared and will be delivered by 2:15 pm . I tried to contact support instead they will put your call on waiting then disconnect, I called atleast 13 times every time same response you call waiting is on 6th number our executive will answer soon.
So I have decided to raise. Complaint through consumer forum.

Amazing Food Experience While Traveling!
I had an incredible experience with Zoop India while traveling from Ayodhya to Ghaziabad. Since I couldn’t grab a meal before my journey, I decided to try the food delivery option on the ixigo app. I ordered a special thali, and to my delight, the food was delivered promptly when the train stopped at Lucknow Charbagh station.
The food, provided by Zoop India, was absolutely fresh, delicious, and beyond my expectations. I never thought I’d enjoy such tasty food on a train journey! It added so much comfort and joy to my trip.

Did not receive food nor the refund
I heard about this app through one of the co-passenger previously and placed an order while on train but I didn’t receive my order. At the delivery time, it kept showing ‘Status Awaited’ and 4 hours later the status was updated to ‘Delivered’. I kept trying to reach out through ‘Contact Us’ option and WhatsApp but the bot kept asking for details and stated that a ticket has been raised and an agent will get in touch soon. However, I haven’t received any call/update yet. It’s been 23 hours and I’m still waiting. This was my first time ordering through Zoop and my experience was poor.
Update: It’s been 2 weeks now, yet no call. Please don’t order food from here and there’s no customer support.

Seriously i had my doubts while placing the order but trust me for me it worked out ,infact my train was late to the station where we have ordered but when the train was reaching the executive from the hotel gave a call and politely asked me to come to door and collect the parcel, such a good experience,would recommend this to everyone.

The only minor issue was that there was no tracking feature available but was fully assured that the order will be delivered.
The delivery guy even waited till the train had reached.

Convenient and Timely, but limited Restaurant Options
I recently tried out Zoop for the first time, and overall, my experience was positive. The app itself is quite easy to use, with a user-friendly interface that made ordering food a breeze. It’s such a relief to finally bid farewell to the pathetic food served on Indian railways.
One of the highlights of my experience was the punctuality of the delivery service. The delivery boy arrived right on time, which was greatly appreciated.
However, one area where I feel the app could improve is in its restaurant options. While the available selection was satisfactory, I couldn’t help but notice that there were fewer choices compared to other food delivery apps I’ve used.
Expanding the variety of restaurants available on the app would greatly enhance the overall user experience and provide customers with more options to choose from.
Overall, Zoop is a convenient and reliable option for ordering food, but I hope to see an increase in restaurant choices in the future.

I have ordered the food two hours before the stop even though not delivered.By calling the customer care they told that the delivery boy had came and the delivery boy not even called me even once.Very worst experience I won’t order from this app any more

Most user friendly app for train traveller
I was travelling from Ujjain to Mumbai through Avantika Exp on 13th Dec. I came to know there is no pantry car in the train. I got bit panic that how will I have my food. My niece then suggested ZOOP app for catering services in train. I downloaded the app and ordered my food through Zoop. It took only few minutes to whole process. I got tasty and hot food at Ratlam. Restaurant people called my 30 mins before and confirmed their order.
It was such a simple process. I was very happy with this app.

Nice food while you are on Train Trip
Enjoy the meal while you are on train trip on your seat. Easy order, timely delivery and quality food.
Order not delivered and no communication regarding the same.
I had placed an order to be delivered at itarasi junction. I received order confirmation call as well as message but to my surprise when train arrived at station, even though it halted there for more than 10 mins no one came for delivery. I kept calling customer care but no one responded. I couldn’t take food from other vendors because I was busy in following up. Pathetic service from zoop.
Today I got a message from zoop offering 50Rs cashback for a 5 star rating which explains despite of such pathetic service why its rating is good.

Refund not given and customer service not responding
This is the worst application ever if you cant handle operations of delivering food for the customers who ordered when the hungry just shut down the services first, I ordered food on 10th November 2023 I didn’t get my order when train reached to station, at least customer care service also not responding, not at all given delivery person contact number and the delivery status showing 12th of November waaaavv great service zoop, and no refund i got, guys dont use this application and dont waste money, they are cheating customers after taking money they can’t deliver food but they charge😡😡
