Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: ChapMobile at 50% against Asurion's 21%. ChapMobile also leads on rating (4.4 vs 4.0) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Asurion's advantage is ratings volume (399 vs 8) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 5 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
