Quickly request service for any CSC ServiceWorks (formerly Coinmach or Mac-Gray) laundry, air (branded AIR-serv or XactAir), and other equipment nationwide. No account required. Service requests allow us to rapidly dispatch technicians, accelerating repair times so equipment works when you and others need it. • No account required • No need to provide location details for the equipment • Use your phone’s camera to scan the barcode of the equipment License Plate sticker • Or, type in the License Plate • Pick from preset problem descriptions for the equipment you’re reporting • Optionally, choose to receive email or text messages about the status of the request Use this app to submit a service request for any equipment with a CSC ServiceWorks License Plate sticker.
