Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: EVIQO at 4.7 against FranklinWH's 3.4. EVIQO also leads on ratings volume (2K vs 95). FranklinWH's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 4 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
EVIQO holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EVIQO has 2K ratings behind it against 95, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of FranklinWH's written reviews are positive against 35% of EVIQO's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
FranklinWH ships an update fortnightly, EVIQO every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
