Verdict
Priority Pass™ and Trusted Traveler both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 60% of Trusted Traveler's written reviews are positive against 29% of Priority Pass™'s. Trusted Traveler also leads on update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly) and chart position (#17 vs #114). Priority Pass™'s advantage is ratings volume (501K vs 1.8K) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Priority Pass™ against 4.8 for Trusted Traveler. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Priority Pass™ has 501K ratings behind it against 1.8K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 29% of Priority Pass™'s written reviews are positive against 60% of Trusted Traveler's.
Priority Pass™ ships an update fortnightly, Trusted Traveler weekly. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
