Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: Armstrong at 2.4 against PGH311's 1.8. Armstrong also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). PGH311's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 5 months vs every 15 months). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
