No account. No sign-up, no email, no password. The timer is never locked, and you can cancel a subscription in your iPhone settings — not on some website. Pick a plan, start the clock, and see at a glance how long is left and which stage your body is in. WHAT YOU GET • Fasting clock — a 24-hour dial with your fasting and eating windows and a live countdown. Stop, pause and restart it whenever life happens. • Body stages — digesting, sugar settling, stores running low, fat burning, longer fast. Plain language, approximate hours, no promises. • Plans from 12:12 to 23:1 — start gentle and tighten when you are ready, or take the one the app suggests from your answers. • A break — ill, travelling or on holiday? Pause the plan for a week or two without losing your streak. • Lock Screen widget and Live Activity — how long is left, without opening the app. • Reminders — an hour before your fast starts, when it starts, an hour before it ends, and when it ends. • Water and weight — count your glasses, log your weight, watch the curve move toward your goal. • Apple Health — your weight is read and written back, with your permission. • Backup in your own iCloud — change your phone and your history is still there. Nothing is sent to us. • Dark theme and the system text size, including the largest accessibility sizes. • Eight languages: English, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Spanish, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. FREE FOREVER The timer, your plan, the body stages, breaks, reminders, water, weight, the recipes, your streak and the last seven days of history. PREMIUM Your whole history — hours by month and year, your weight against your fasting, hours spent in fat burning — plus a different length for each day of the week and a weekly suggestion from your own days. Premium is a subscription of one month, three months or a year, with a free trial, or a one-time purchase if you prefer. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless you turn renewal off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your iPhone settings, under your Apple Account. PLEASE NOTE This app is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Intermittent fasting is not suitable for everyone. Consult your doctor before you start, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have diabetes, an eating disorder or any chronic condition.
