This is not a period tracker. Regularish is built for perimenopause — the years when your cycle turns unpredictable, your sleep shifts, your moods catch you off guard, and you leave the doctor's office with a pamphlet that explains none of it. Period trackers assume a "normal" that no longer applies to you. Regularish starts from where you actually are. ONE NUMBER TELLS YOU WHERE YOU STAND. Every day, Regularish gives you the Regularish Number — a single 1–99 score for how your body is doing today. It starts with how you say you feel, adds the symptoms you log, and corroborates both with real signals from Apple Health: resting heart rate, HRV, sleep, and movement. No averages borrowed from population data. No assumptions about how long your cycle "should" be. It gets sharper with every log. INSIGHTS THAT ACTUALLY EXPLAIN THE DAY. Alongside your number, Regularish writes a short, plain-language card: what's driving today's score, in words a friend would use. It also gives you three specific suggestions in Eat, Drink, and Move, tuned to what's happening in your body today. Not a diagnosis. The context you deserve. BUILT FOR EVERY PART OF THIS TRANSITION, NOT JUST THE TEXTBOOK CASE. Had a hysterectomy? Ovaries removed, or still working? Regularish asks the real question instead of forcing you to say your period "stopped." Your number and your daily card adjust to a body with no cycle to track. And for the symptoms most apps skip entirely — vaginal dryness, bladder changes, pain that makes you dread sex — Regularish has a private, lockable space to check in (no score, ever), see what's actually going on, track what you've tried, and prepare for a doctor's appointment. It stays out of your exported report. ON HORMONE THERAPY? IT HOLDS THE SCHEDULE — AND THE SPOT. Turn on the optional HRT tab and Regularish keeps your medications on the schedule you set — patch days, nightly progesterone, an injection every few weeks — with reminders on the days you choose and never a schedule it invents. Log each dose with one tap and mark exactly where it went on a front-and-back body map; your last few spots stay visible and fade as they age. Reminders name the form and the time, never a hormone, so your lock screen stays yours. Track your weight against your own trend if you want to. It records; it never advises. THE INTELLIGENCE RUNS ON YOUR IPHONE. NOTHING LEAVES IT. The model that writes your daily card runs entirely on your own iPhone, using Apple Intelligence. No server. No cloud account. No remote model training on your symptoms. A REAL PATH TO CARE, WHEN YOU WANT ONE. Search real OB/GYN, gynecology, and urogynecology providers near you, plus a direct link to The Menopause Society's certified-specialist directory. Save providers, and build an appointment packet — with the questions worth asking. BRING THE RECEIPTS TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. The clinician report turns your logged symptoms, severity, notes, and Health context into a clean PDF you can hand to any provider — the last 30 or 90 days, a full cycle, or any range you choose. You've been tracking this. Now you have something to show for it. NO ADS. NO DATA BROKERS. In the United States, the Regularish Number, the daily card, symptom logging, the HRT tab, the Care tab, the clinician report, widgets, and the Apple Watch app are all free. An optional supporter subscription, monthly or yearly, funds development, adds a supporter badge and app icon, and unlocks no health feature. START IN A FEW TAPS. No account, no password, no email. A handful of quick screens, say how you're feeling today, and your first Regularish Number is ready. Apple Health is optional. ALSO ON APPLE WATCH, AND ON YOUR HOME SCREEN. Log a symptom from your wrist. Always in sync. A widget puts today's Regularish Number on your home screen and Lock Screen. — Privacy Policy: https://regularish.com/privacy Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
