Stop guessing what to train—and stop replaying fast exercise videos just to understand one rep. RepFrame creates a focused four-week workout plan around your goal, experience, available equipment, schedule, and movement skills. Then it breaks each exercise into clear animated frames so you can see the positions that matter. A PLAN BUILT AROUND YOU • Choose strength, a movement skill, mobility, or total fitness • Set your experience level and available equipment • Pick goals such as push-up, pull-up, handstand, squat, core, or mobility • Train two to five days per week in sessions from 15 to 60 minutes • Get a balanced four-week calendar with progressive volume SEE EVERY REP IN FRAMES RepFrame turns exercise demonstrations into a sequence of key positions. Pause the animation at any time, study the transition, and follow concise technique cues for setup, movement, and finish. TRAIN AT HOME OR IN THE GYM Build useful sessions with bodyweight only, dumbbells, resistance bands, or a pull-up bar. The exercise library covers push, pull, squat, hinge, core, mobility, and conditioning patterns. FOLLOW THE CALENDAR See today’s workout, upcoming training days, session duration, exercise order, rounds, repetitions, holds, and rest. Optional local reminders are scheduled only for planned workout days. TRACK CONSISTENCY Log completed sessions, perceived effort, total training minutes, plan completion, weekly consistency, and movement balance. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No ads. No analytics. No tracking. Your profile, plan, and history stay locally on your iPhone. RepFrame is free in version 1.0 with no purchases or paid gates. SAFETY RepFrame provides general fitness education, not medical advice. Exercise within your abilities, use a comfortable range of motion, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort. Consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

Grasp builds your workout, then gets out of the way while you train. Tell it your goal, your experience, how many days a week you train, how long a session is, and what equipment you can actually reach. It puts a session together from that, you log each set as you do it, and it works out your next weights from what you actually lifted. It works offline. Everything lives on your phone. WHAT IT DOES • Builds each session around your goal, your schedule and your equipment • Suggests your next weights and reps from your own logged sets • Warm-up sets worked out from your working weight • Rest timer that rings between sets and counts down in the notification shade • Intervals: a timer for rope, sprints, planks and anything in rounds, with your own presets • A body map showing what you have worked and what is still fresh • Weekly set targets per muscle group • Saved equipment profiles for every place you train • Share your day as a card over a photo • Swap any exercise for another that trains the same movement • 600+ exercises, most of them animated, with step-by-step instructions • 15 languages WORKS OFFLINE There is no server deciding your workout. The part that plans your session and picks your weights runs on your phone. Basements, planes, gyms with no reception: same app. FREE, WITH NOTHING TO UNLOCK No adverts. No subscription. No paid tier. YOUR ACCOUNT An account is used for one thing: backing up your training so it survives a lost phone. Only the first sign-up needs internet. You can export everything at any time and delete your account from inside the app. We do not use advertising identifiers, analytics, or usage tracking. Grasp does not ask for your location, your contacts, or your microphone. The camera opens only when you tap to take a photo for a share card. BEFORE YOU START Grasp suggests training weights based on what you have logged. It is not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training program, especially if you have an injury or a health condition. Stop if something hurts.
