Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Microsoft 365 Admin at 4.6 against LivePhone's 1.0. Microsoft 365 Admin also leads on ratings volume (5.8K vs 2). LivePhone's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 78%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Microsoft 365 Admin holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Microsoft 365 Admin has 5.8K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 78% of Microsoft 365 Admin's written reviews are positive against 100% of LivePhone's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Microsoft 365 Admin ships an update every 6 weeks, LivePhone every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
