The app icon no longer follows the settings of the Home Screen customisation. So all my other apps are in dark mode but this one is a bright flash bang on my Home Screen. Any particular reason why Microsoft?
Can’t sign in
When trying to sign in, the authenticator app is asking for a code from the authenticator app, which makes no sense. This is just one of the many typical issues with Microsoft
Use to be good
Hasn’t worked well in years. It’s slow as molasses, lacks the necessary functionality, and the interface is stuck in the past. Please put some time and effort into fixing it for us admins. When it use to work, it was such a convenient life saver. How could any one at MS not see the value in updating this app.

Laggy, buggy, generally useless
Not sure what they’ve done with this app recently (2026) but you can’t do anything. Nothing loads, and if it does it errors out. Hopefully fixed in future but I doubt it.
POS app from a POS company
Don’t ever do business with Microsoft if you can avoid it. And in the modern era, you can. This app is dog water and is laughable for a company with their market cap
Over all decent app but
I never am able to get through the the alert messages. It just stays on the loading screen
Non-functional
This app does not work in any useful way for modern iOS. The screen locks up on launch and will stay frozen.
App keeps quitting unexpectedly
We have multiple tenants, the app takes a long time responding to each tap / action and keeps exiting unexpectedly. It defeats the purpose of having a phone app and the mobile site is not easy to use either. I have to remotely connect to a computer and work in a desktop browser for admin console tasks when only have access to my phone. Please fix it and make improvement if you are serious about making this app. Thank you!

Needs improvement ASAP
admin this would be a very useful tool. I don’t know if it’s only on iOS, but I cannot access the app. Rarely loads and when it does, you cannot access the menus.
Junk
I don’t know what happened, but the app only works once when you first install it… and then will not let you select anything upon launching it a second time. Completely useless.
Opens freezes

Can’t do simple things like add a user to a group. You will get the constant “server error” message.
App sucks
App never works. Freezes constantly. Crashes constantly. And the functionality is so limited compared to just going to the admin site on safari…what even is the point of this app
It’s great when it works
The app freezes up a lot
Constantly freezing.
Constantly locking up on launch, and switching accounts is difficult when you only have the first two letters of the account name visible and you have duplicates.
App not responding
Every time I open the app it takes 5 minutes till you can press anything
Does not support gov cloud tenants!
As usual, Microsoft doesn’t bother to provide a comprehensive rollout to its software.
License Management Stinks
The only thing they allow you to do is remove a license from a user. Why you can’t delete a license is beyond me, do better.
App Hasn’t worked in min 1 month
I have repeatedly installed app over and over even let it stay off my devices for days to try reinstalling the screen stays white after going to my Authenticator app the convenience of this 365 app has not been there and many have reported it already this is what business pay for I guess
