Verdict
Pollo Tropical and Night Owl Cookies both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 54% of Night Owl Cookies's written reviews are positive against 19% of Pollo Tropical's. Night Owl Cookies also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Pollo Tropical's advantage is ratings volume (43K vs 2.2K).
