  • Problem with using cellular data

    System is installed on home network using CAT5 direct to the modem. App is installed on IPhone X. App works great on WiFi anywhere. But the app will not utilize cellular data to connect despite having setting permission enabled. Intercom app will receive notifications but not be able to connect for video and control.

  • Extremely primitive

    •Runs down iPhone battery when open in the background.
    •Takes forever to load, get online and then be ready for use (whether open in background or not, even on a XS Max).
    •Talking feature does not work consistently.
    •No Siri shortcuts.
    •[Also the gate box it runs does not work at all on WiFi at the ranges described by the drawings in the installation manual — it I only works via Ethernet — so the name is extremely misleading.]
    •Everything not already mentioned is also very slow
    •The only things that work, just adequately, are video view from the box, opening the gate, holding open the gate, closing the gate and notifying when button on box pushed — not that you can reliably talk to whomever is there.

  • Very disappointing for $1500 entry keypad

    This app is unacceptable for such a high end piece of hardware - the Predator 2. The buttons / graphics are archaic and not clear with respect to functionality. The user experience is awful. Constantly having to click through the device icon to get to any detailed settings is so flawed it’s hard to describe how anyone let this get rolled out to the public. The lack of features such as histories and remote programming of codes is upsetting to say the least. How can BFTs cell products support this kind of functionality but this does not is very disappointing to say the least. Please fix - happy to serve as a beta tester but feel like I have been swindled.

  • How can we update the app V3.2?

    In your release note listing latest version 3.2 but the WiFi pro 2 app on App Store is still 2.0. Can you please upload the latest app to App Store for us to download?

    We have a question about update function that Is it safe to update new software/firmware for the Intercom (connect to Intercom’s WiFi and use the update function on the WiFi Pro app in setting)?

    We also would like to report some issues so you can fix it: WiFi password is not allowing special characters like ‘@‘. Sometimes the App suddenly crashed or hang and we have to reset its power.

  • FIXED - Notifications to phone

    Was having huge problems with push notifications (or the lack of) and tried everything. It ended up being something very simple and a blatant bug in the system. The little clock setting on the app (on the mid, right hand side of the interface) changes the time zone to +1 hour each time it is selected. You need to set this to your own time zone (obviously), save the setting and then back out of the clock WITHOUT going back into it at all. It seems very simple but as soon as the time was synchronised the system became, at best, functional. Slight delay on sound going both ways, and doesn’t work unless the phone assigned to the system is on the local wifi. Anyway, hope this helps and all the best!
