Are we in 2021
A very basic, rudimentary system. If not on wifi it tends to be glitchy. User interface is not easy or friendly or intuitive. Picture quality is bad.
For the cost and fact we’re living in 2021 we all would expect better.SRSch
Terrible App
This app is horrible. It is slow and delayed.. despite my fast internet connection. The user experience is ridiculous. Even as a relatively young person who is very familiar with technology, I have no idea what the icons mean or how to navigate through them. This app belongs in the 1990s. It is making me hate my gate. I would’ve never purchased this intercom if I knew it would be this inconvenient to use. I no longer get notifications when someone calls from the intercom unless I am actively in the app. I check my phone settings and all the notifications are on. I wish there was a large platform that sold they’re products so that reviews could be made and they could be held accountable for such trash. This is the worst app I’ve ever used. Simply does not work!
I’ve been struggling with my intercom device and this app for years now. It has worked at times and then stops working. I have had it replaced, reprogrammed, you name it! I don’t receive notifications anymore (and yes I’ve checked all the settings on my phone) and the date and time on the device is some random time/date in 2014 and I can’t change it. It’s an infuriating system! Avoid at all costs! Oh and customer service is terrible. Nobody responds when you email BFT about their crap intercom that cost an arm and leg!Show lessAgriggy
I can’t believe how unreliable this is
Incredibly unreliable and poorly written app. Unfortunately this is the only intercom option for this seemingly high end hardware. Sad to find out this us one’s only option after having invested thousands of dollars in the BFT system.AEC DOC
Horrific product, always gave me problems!
If I could give it negative stars I would! Unreliable, full of glitches, super expensive, a total scam. My system doesn’t even connect with my phone anymore, had to have expensive tech visits many times to trouble shoot, and it still doesn’t work properly. Don’t waste your money on this system. Unable to Add Users
I followed the instructions to add new users so they could receive calls and notifications on their phones. To do this I followed step by step instructions for I Phones logging into the system with my phone as administrator. After many attempts, none of the users I created can connect to the device. The new phoned try to connect and after about one minute a message “Password Error” is displayed. No instructions are available to resolve the Password Error.
The app is archaic and does not work well at all. A new app is urgently needed. The gate control box is excellent but the App really does not work well.Show lessYuck !
Absolutely disgraceful
We have has this system for the past 2 years. During that time we have replaced all the hardware at considerable expense in the hope of getting this to work. The helpline is one of the most unhelpful I have experienced: their answer to everything is to leave me on hold, on a premium line, eventually to return and conveniently blame the installer (they clearly have no practical knowledge)and suggest replacing system.
Quite frankly it is complete and utter rubbish - it will not connect, intercom does not work, no bell connection to any phones so it is utterly useless.
If I could give a zero rating I would and I warn others not to purchase this system under any circumstances.Show lessPitstopp999
Awful App!
Keypad itself is well constructed and works well. However the app struggles to connect even with very strong WiFi at keypad and will fail to ring 50% of the time. The home owner is very disappointed in this product and now if I change it out I will be stuck with it.Boom thare it goes
UGI needs upgrade!

Worst App Ever
Updated version just as bad as previous.
1. Offline - and can’t use the app the majority of the time.
2. Graphics bad
3. Features - not useful. Unable to set a timer to open and close. Unable close from app.
