Like a junior high DOS project from the ‘90s
Unreliable. Hard to use. Worst UX ever. A virus laden Windows 98 is better. Doesn’t alert on calls 9/10 times. Crashes when opened. Setup is a mystery. Makes expensive BFT products look like shiny junk. Casts doubt on AppStore acceptance criteria, what else made it though...Not Happy with Appstore

I guess if a professional, “high end” company wants to present itself as the opposite, you’ll design an app like this. Terrible interface, senseless haptics i’ll be calling them to help set mine up since the app failed to help do that as well.ksnedeker
How is this still on the market in 2021?
This app is TERRIBLE. It takes forever to open when someone is calling... IF it actually decides to work that day.
This was probably cutting edge technology when it came out in the 1800s, but it blows my mind that this is the best they can do today. We have cars that can drive themselves and are actively developing a rocket to bring civilization to Mars... and yet, I guarantee two tin cans with a string is a more reliable communication device than this crappy app.

Terrible horrible app for price point
The app is terrible and needs a significant upgrade. Don’t purchase system. Always misses calls, doesn’t allow gate control when the intercom is activated, absolutely zero customer support , no access to company extremely disappointed, company should be sued for misrepresentation.swsobes
Worst iOS app I have ever seen
This is, without exaggeration, the worst iOS app I have ever used. No buttons are labeled, and their icons are inscrutable. Almost any action requires extensive trial-by-error. Worse, if you pick the wrong option, the “back” button is commonly missing, and your only recourse is to force-quit and start over again. It’s truly farcical. App is unacceptable for price of intercom
Like the other reviewers the app is horrible for the price you pay for the intercom. I would be happy to have this app run in the background but it has to start every time you open it, so by the time the app opens the intercom has stopped ringing and you have to wait for the video to open. It’s great that you can log into the controller and set up some functionality, but all functionality should be able to be edited in the app. Very poorly designed app for how high quality the intercom is.Show lessTrevorPie
Constantly must reset.....
Constantly must reset, after reset the ringer doesn’t work right away then magically starts working. The manufacturer refuses to help and directs you to installer. Installer always suggested to reset and stopped picking up phone. Spent over 10K for equipment and labor stock with system and no support. This app feels like it is from 1970s. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I only wish they had an option for negative stars. This “app” is a joke. Had we of known that we would have to use this app we would have never have spent thousands of dollars on the keypad. IT NEVER WORKS and they have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.hawker850xp
App works well
The app works very well with our gates and intercom. Our installer fitted the gates and with the help of AES updating the time settings, the system has been working great since it was installed 2 months ago. UI could do with a slight upgrade but other than that... all good!!jodyd1234
