Absolutely awful
Our poor user experience mirrors the many other comments already made. We are hardwired from the intercom box to the router (contractor recommended that vs relying on Wi-Fi), but system goes "offline" often and causes issues with holding gate open, notifications, etc. Very disappointed that our gate contractor (well regarded Seattle company) chose this intercom hardware for our very expensive gate system. Terrible app
This app is absolutely terrible!! Not only does it crash every 30 seconds making it impossible to do anything in it, but the app hasn’t been updated in over 3 years!!!! To make it worse this is the 2nd version of the predator pro app so it should work better than the 1st version but not the case!!! This developer needs to do something about this or there needs to be more than one app to choose from to work this equipment!!!!Show lessbulldogmom22222
Do not bit of you own an iPhone 14 or 14 pro using any version of ios 16
This app will not work if you are using an iPhone 14 or iPhone 14 Pro work using iOS 16. Even if it worked before when you upgrade your phone it will stop working.Flyfishingrod

Date stamp needs fixed
I’m unable to correct the date stamp which apparently is the problem with notifications…..

Still not working
Despite calls to AES, and the efforts of maintenance technicians, our internet gate intercom problems continue. The intercom and video are on WiFi, but when visitors call, the iPhone App takes an inordinate amount of time to connect (up to 20 secs). By the time it connects, the visitors have departed. HOWEVER, if I switch off WiFi on my phone and operate solely on data via the phone service provider, the intercom connects almost immediately - which doesn’t make any sense, since the local connection is still via WiFi. The app itself ‘looks’ functional, but functionality definitely needs overhauled. There is a bug somewhere in the system or WiFi settings, but no one appears able to rectify the delayed notification issues. Paid a lot of money for our video intercom, but the majority of the time it is effectively useless!Show lessSungbe
Terrible
Useless. I’ve tried for two years to use this with my iPhone. Only about 20% of that calls come through. And that’s usually if you somehow just happen to have the app open. There is virtually no support. It makes the gate and hardware nonfunctional. Avoid like the plague! I’m replacing the entire hardware gate system with a competitor that has great reviews for their software app.Show lessturnyourheadandcough
Can I give zero stars?
Ran a dedicated Cat6 to this system to resolve the constant “offline” issues. After the time and expense of digging and paying contractors to run a dedicated line and testing connectivity. It STILL goes off-line more than it is online!!! No help from support.Home is not mobile
Pointless, useless, just a waste of time
I got this app to work with my entry system…it just doesn’t work reliably. The wifi has been changed to a cable connection to try to resolve this issue…no improvement. There really is nothing good to say about it. After over a year of intermittent use, it now fails to contact anything to anything. It used to connect my phone to the entry system…eventually. Many times I’ve seen people walking away from the door because the app hasn’t connected in time & they think no-one’s in. Even when connected, conversation is difficult, the door release system works when it wants to & not at my say so…it really is unbelievably frustrating. Zero stars…Show lessDemanding customer
Worthless app. Never works. Takes forever if it does work.
Our gate company installed this worthless app to operate our gate system. It supposedly works with an iPad and our iPhones to use the camera function and the opening function of our electric gate. It takes so long to open the app and “connect” that visitors are usually gone by the time I can see them via the camera or even open the gate. Constantly needs updating because it’s so bad…and doesn’t work if you haven’t updated. Don’t waste your money, effort & time.Show lessPlasticjackie
