This is by far the worst. I have to apologize to everyone that comes over that my gate doesn’t work properly. Service companies that have come to my house for various things end up leaving because I am not notified they are at the gate waiting.Kelby H

This appointment just plain horrible and so elementary that you might as well use thread & Sticks to open and close the gate. The company who made this should get sued or shot. Total garbage. Total waste of money. Losers !!MossBoss121

What an absolute waste of ‘alot’ of money. Buzzer does NOT call through to you phone, the whole thing is very temperamental. App takes so long to load your caller has given up and left. Calls to AES get you nowhere. They do not want to talk to you, so either they don’t return your calls or tell you your electrician must speak to their engineers- not customer. Also very rude.
Anyone who would like to contact me to jointly take them to court to get a full refund- please do! As it seems the normal rules do not apply to them when it comes to ‘fit for purpose’ and ‘customer satisfaction’ .Show lessFairStone19
Do Not Buy This Intercom
Total waste of money as does not work effectively. Takes about 30 seconds to open app at on an iPhone best. Visitor has normally moved on by the time you can communicate with them and that is on the rare occasion that it actually gives the phone a notification. I can’t believe how bad this is with modern connectivity and app development. It should be removed from the market until it has been developed into a product that actually does what it is intended for. I would give 0 starts if it was allowed.Show lessAnother Inhappy Customer

Terrible app — notifications simply don’t work
This app has been a complete nightmare. It is unfortunate that I already have the BFT system installed and chose this system precisely because it would notify my phone when someone is at the gate.
I can’t understand why BFT doesn’t develop a simpler more modern app that actually works!nibanezv
Absolute waste of money
I would give this a 0 Star if I could. Does not work on phone when your phone connects to WiFi in house. In fact it has only worked once and then it doesn’t give you time to answer. I’ve only had it installed for a month now and can’t even answer the intercom. Gate engineer said there was lots of problems/complaints with it and the old version with SIM and phone calls is much better. We share gate with neighbours and if they press the open button down it locks the gates open all the time and we can’t override it to shut it at night and after walk all the way down to the end of drive at middle of night.... And for the gate engineer to say that it’s installed and the company won’t take it back now is rubbish... It’s not fit for purpose and I for one will take AES to the small claims court if they don’t replace it with another model. It’s not fit for purpose.. If you bought a TV and it did not work the manufacture wouldn’t say sorry you’ve taken it out of box now.... I think the reviews say it all... See you in court AESShow lessFishbuty
