Amazing
I have asthma and my doctor’s office closed their practice so I was left without my inhalers and couldn’t get an appointment with a new doctor for a month. I was in desperate need of my inhaler refills, MEDSTAR provides all of my medical treatments so I did a search and found MEDSTAR e visit I was able to connect with a nurse practitioner in minutes and my inhaler prescriptions were immediately sent to my pharmacy. I was in a panic because having asthma and not having my inhalers is a scary thing. I was so relieved to get my meds that I desperately needed and the provider was amazing. Staying in home. I waited about an hour, with four patients ahead of me. That time frame is excellent compared to going to an ER or physical urgent care. Will definitely use this as my “go-to” when I have urgent care needs!! And my prescription was sent to my pharmacy of choice!!ms kay816

Great and efficient Provider
I was seen for a nose piercing bump that just wouldn’t go away. The provider asked me relevant questions, explained my condition in simple terms & prescribed an ointment. I hope that will take care of this bump quickly. Thank you so much!RN2myab

Glitchy
I waited from 12pm to 4:30 to see a provider. I kept getting bounced around from doctor to doctor, sometimes it would go from 14 patients ahead of me all way back up to 19 patients ahead of me. The app quit on me when it said I was next patient to be seen at 3pm, so I had to rejoin and wait another hour and a half. I wasted an entire day waiting while simultaneously nursing a newborn.Show lessVernJ11
Worst experience ever
I’ve been sitting in the virtual “waiting room” ALL DAY!! It’s constantly glitching and then taking you out of queue. I finally brought it up and had it sitting on the counter attached to a charger watching it like a hawk to ensure I didn’t get booted out again. Knowledgeable and Thorough
This was my first virtual doctor’s appointment for medical care. I was very pleased with how easy it was to set up an account and to see a physician immediately.
