App doesn’t work
Consistently not connecting - 2 hours being transferred from “waiting room” to “waiting room” as “the next to be seen”, only to have the app, or program (tried app, as the web application wasn’t working either) stall at “you are next to be seen” within 15-20 minutes - then nothing. It seems their claim that you see a provider “in minutes”, is loosely defined. It’s a wonderful service they (MedStar) are providing, but e-visit app and online has been executed poorly. I only made it through by finally calling the customer service number.Show lessNot a Reliable App
Overall visit was quick and easy
Great visit, easy to enroll and take the video call. I wish there was an option to long in when your appointment is ready. I sat on the phone for an hour waiting for my turn. It shows how many patients are ahead of you, it would be nice if this wait process was streamlined a bit better.TSettle06
Safe, easy, and convenient
I was able to stay home so o felt very safe. I did not have to worry about getting a baby sitter and I was still able to get some work done around the house while waiting for the provider. My eVisit was quick and easy. My provider seemed very knowledgeable and nice. I would definitely use this again for the convenience and safety during this pandemic.Show less4l08

Dr McDonald was very nice and asked good questions and offered us good suggestions on how to proceed with some problems we are having with health coverage. Thank you for having this service as I do not feel comfortable going to the emergency room with her right now due to the coronavirus. Ear congestion and pain

Medstar Phone Visit

App was efficient but, to a degree, slightly vague in some areas.
The eVisit, however was beyond excellent, and the Dr knowledgeably professional, yet understanding.
