They should have started video visits either advent of camera phones. All they need now is a device to take your temp & BP remotely at a drug store & upload the data before your visit. Thanks, this is why I use Medstar. Cogito, Ergo, Zoom.dv1208

Before doing the e visit...I went to several physicians to get answers for my issue. Dr. Nicole Lee addressed my issues very well, was very pleasant, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Choice of choosing provider
I am thankful for this service in the time of need. However, i wish that we could have the option of staying with the selected provider of our choosing instead of being automatically transferred to another. Other than that, this is a great alternative.ahddhb

Best option
So glad I utilized this option today! I know with everyone running to the urgent cares for COVID19 testing I would have been there forever. And also eliminated risk of coming in contact with others who are much more sick. Also my provider was very pleasant and I did not feel rushed. Wonderful service!
I am grateful for this service because I was not in the position to pay the amount of money urgent care or ER centers charge for out of pocket care. I don’t have insurance and my symptoms were getting worse. For help with common illnesses that are non life threatening and are clear to see, I think this service is perfect and cost effective for people such as myself who want help but can’t afford high priced centers. Unreliable
The application crashes constantly. I was starting an appointment and it crashed while I was just waiting. No place for feedback in the app that I can see. I use iPhone 8 256 Gb of memory. Latest os and updates. Disappointing as I had to figure out if I was going to charged for the crashed visit. There is also no way to renter an appointment that the app crashed on.Show lessEldiablo68
Time & Money Saver
I don’t have health insurance because as a single mom, I can’t afford it. Every time I would get sick with a sinus infection, ear infection, streptococcus (strep throat) or pink eye, I’d have to run to the emergency and pay a payment plan to pay off the $300+ bill for the one visit. Now, i can spend $50 and do this while I’m at work on my lunch break, saving me time and money! This is the best thing ever!Show lessAmber32890
Can’t reach physician
This is sincerely a great idea, but the app is flawed. I saw a doctor and they stated they were going to call in two prescriptions for me; however I only received one. Because the doctor never completed and sent me a visit summary I can’t send her a message to ask about it. There is also no link for customer support even though the bottom of the FAQs state to contact customer support for other issues. Now I don’t have medicine, I can’t reach the provider, and I haven’t been able to contact customer support. It’s an excellent idea as I am way to sick to get to a doctors office, but there isn’t a way to correct errors.Show lessaweber511
