Easy and fast
My husband is out of town for work and I am home with two little ones. I knew I had a UTI and did not want to have to go to an urgent care with the kids. This is was fast, simple and easy. Now all I have to do is just pick up my prescription. Thank you!amandalynn822

This was my first experience Using the eVisit on MedSTAR and it was an amazing experience .way better than going to a doctors office. I will absolutely continue to use this . it’s a very comfortable experience from your own home, and it seems like it’s going to speed up the process when I actually go to the doctors office for testing. as well as better informing the doctors about the problem since the team already knows what needs to be done before I get there kudos to the new system good job. I definitely see this being the future of health care services. I would bet they could take the same approach and use it for car problems also. People test driving the car and getting a mechanic to listen to the sounds or pay attention to the vehicle behavior that would save lots of repair fees for people that are too poor to pay a dealership. Or to trusting and getting ripped off from shady mechanics.Show lesschris william walker

Easy Peasy
I could not get in to my PCP on a Friday afternoon and didn’t want to head in to the weekend with my current symptoms. I had been to a Medstar Urgent Care before and downloaded the app for the E visit. I went through the process, answering medical info, and waited 15 mins and then was seen by a very nice physician who was easy to deal with, had great bedside manner (virtually), and seemed quite knowledgeable and was able to help me right away.Show lessLSnoPo

Very easy to sign up and use to see a provider quickly. I was surprised how user friendly it was! And the provider was capable and answered my questions.JSi1984
Do much better for routine matters
I have had a sinus infection for 3 days. Doc said to wait until 10 days have passed, and what to do at home. From the comfort of my home. Safe, no unnecessary exposure to a walk-in clinic. We are seniors. If I had just needed a script, it would have been called in.
