Slow and glitchy
Pages in app often don’t load. I often go back to accessing the site through a browser.
Love the products app is hard to use and over charged me
I wanted to get the glam bag and it came to 19$ Canadian. For some reason my card got charged for 30$ and I’m really confused. My mom and sister love this app so I think it’s overall good and cheap for the products your receiving but the app is also so hard to navigate as well. I hope I can get this problem fixed

My app is not currently working and won’t let me update my membership details…. I wanted a glam bag this month!

Can someone please explain because I can’t go any where but the boxy charm or whatever it’s called I cannot even get glow recipe and that’s really the only reason I got this someone explain
Do not ship to Australia
I downloaded the app extremely excited and got all the way to the subscription boxes and saw they only ship to the US and Canada which is highly disappointing

There newest terms of service take your rights away to seek justice if something goes wrong! Terrible policy that screw the consumer! Thanks but I opt out!
there is no way to cancel your membership
even after i canceled it it still charges my card.
couldn’t cancel membership
they made me pay for the next month to cancel my membership and i still haven’t received my order from more than a month ago
Search
There is no back button when looking at items, as well, you cannot search any products up. You can search by brand, but not by product and that’s very annoying.
