Hi there! Sorry that you have troubles with the premium upgrade. Is it possible that the payment method that is assigned to your Apple ID is expired (or did you block in-app purchases that are above a certain limit?) Hi Dan! Sorry to hear that you are so angry. We try to help each user as fast as possible. But yes, due to the Corona situation, our support team needs about two days to reply to messages at the moment (but we're catching up!). If a subscription was bought via Apple iTunes, then only the iTunes support is able to refund payments. So I also highly suggest to call the Apple support to get further help with the subscription. I'm sorry that it wasn't clear that an active internet connection is needed to use our app. And I understand that it's very frustrating if you need an app that works offline. I truly wish you would have had a better user experience with our app. If there is anything else we can help you with, please get in touch again. As I said, we're doing our best, to reply within two days.

And yes, we do our best to grow our song library each month. I will also forward your suggestion to hide the video to our product team. I can definitely see that this would be helpful - especially when you really want to focus on reading sheet music.
