Bunq is the best banking app I’ve found

Love Bunq. They have everything you need with a focus on sustainability. Their customer service has also been helpful with any issues. Highly recommended!

Best bank

I can never go back to a traditional bank anymore. It’s way ahead and much more efficient.

They do weird things with the app design sometimes. And there’s an overly annoying push to all the tree things, I appreciate it but don’t fill my bank app with it it’s a bank and that should be the main focus first and foremost, but now most of the banking features are in one tab and there’s a whole bunch of other stuff I don’t care about or use that take up 70% of the app. You can easily ignore them but I wish they went back to focusing on being a great bank and to better.

Good for everyday usage, but useless, when you need customer support

Using Bunq for 1 year. It works good and covers most of my day-to-day needs. When I needed something more advanced, like sending money abroad, Bunq turned out to be useless, and I had to use Revolut instead

Great but bumpy start

Great bank and app. However, over the years things have changed. Some not for the good. But that’s the dynamic nature of the platform.

Good. But getting less good over time.

I feel like every update removes a little bit more of everything I actually like about Bunq. Most recently, they severely nerfed the budgeting feature. I guess it was too much effort to keep it working, so they just axed it.

I’ve banked with Bunq for two years and they do the simple things well. Great customer service and reliable with transactions and processing

Latest Version (21.8) Crashing to Home Screen

Whenever I tap on an account that has been shared with me, the app crashes to the Home Screen. Everything was working great until now. But now it seems like I’m locked out of shared accounts until a fix is released. How can something do simple be broken so easily? 😤

Discrimination in application process?

Applied for account today. Submitted my (EU) passport and scanned my face. The only information they had was name surname dob, gender and nationality. I got rejected because there was “activity that violated t&Cs”. There was no activity because they never gave me access to the account. Blocked me from contacting support and said that the decision is final.

I thought neo banks are meant to be customer centric. This one certainly isn’t - selectively rejecting customers with zero reason and zero help. If this is what you call great service, I don’t want it.

Horrible and nasty bank. Do not use!

I downloaded the app. And started the process to open an account. It took so long to open an account, several months, I had given up on it. The account was opened without my knowledge, they didn’t inform me in any way that is had been opened. They then charged me a monthly fee.
They now refuse to close my account until the
monthly fee has been paid.
They are disgusting and I hate them, worst service ever!!!!!! It should be illegal!

INCREDIBLE

In all my life I have not come across a banking alternative like Bunq. Credit cards? International bank accounts? Currency conversion? Bunq has it all. I wish I started using them earlier on. Amazing platform
