The one main issue I have is the fact that you cannot use the app with your data. It won’t connect to the server unless it has a wi-if connection which makes long distance play that much more difficult.insta-gay69

I ordered the Lush 3 mid April and was scheduled to receive it pretty quick, however somebody stole it so I contacted support about it and they resolved my issue in a quick time and sent another one out to me and my gf and it arrived pretty quick as well. Needs an update
I’d have given 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact that it disconnects often which is very annoying. Other than that, the app is fun with my Lush 3! Husband and I enjoyed nearly 11 hours of playtime (little break about half way to charge it).
It’s totally great for long distance and hubby thoroughly loved it and didn’t want to finish out playtime, if you know what I mean lol.
Like I said, it’s great and I love it but it needs an update to fix the disconnection issue.Show lessKitty Bonus
Problematic
Recently been having issues with the app. At first it was having network errors causing it to be logged in but not online and when i try to log out and log back in it gets stuck on login. This was easily enough fixed with a phone re-start the first time, however, when it happened again and i attempted a fresh install i ended up with it stuck deleted from storage but still on my home screen with a blank default icon. It is now neither on my phone nor fully deleted and i cannot use it.Show lessOneTrueNothing
Connection issues
The connectivity/antenna definitely needs improvement, my app loses connection with the device if it is more that 6inches away, unobstructed. Never mind if there is a layer of fabric in between, then it’s closer to 2-3 inches to maintain connection.
I am following all of the instructions, it is fully charged, and everything else is fine...not sure if I just have a faulty device or not, but it’s such a let down.
Also, the controls within the app could be a little easier to use when giving remote access and seeing what fun was sent my way, that doesn’t always match up.Show lessStaceev
Sign up is rubbish
Sign up process is flaky. Says email addresses with a + aren’t valid - they are.
White box/area blocks 40% of bottom of screen.
Tapping fields out of sequential order bricks the thing. Have quit and reopen.

Was a bit hesitant to order a lovense toy after seeing the reviews on this app, but everything has been totally functional so far in regards to connectivity (UK) and my partner (US). Customer service?
I’m baffled reading these reviews. Wonder if many of these are just plain fake. They seem like it since they all sound the same. And rave about the wonderful customer service. Which is what I have a problem with. I was told a week ago my product shipped. Check UPS tracking and it says it’s not even in their possession because it HASNT BEEN SHIPPED YET! It should be here by now if it was shipped when they said it was. But it hasn’t even gone anywhere yet. Tried to reach customer service only to find out they’re one of those companies who will NOT provide a phone number to contact them. That’s just shady and bad business. So I had to email them. Unlike the reviews here who say they for a response from them within hours I wonder if I’ll ever hear from them at all. About to just call my bank and reverse the charge since I’m out $200 and nothing to show for it. This company is sketchy. I wouldn’t risk buying anything from this place.Show lessirishluck22
Fun Toys, but App Needs More Work!
The concept, as well as the toys, are great, but the app could really use some serious updates/corrections.
Two items that would seem easy to fix: 1) Where is dark mode? Why does my iPhone or iPad have to be lit up with a white background creating a searchlight effect in low-light situations? After Apple having introduced dark mode several years ago, this app still does not utilise this capability and I have to go search down Apple's (now rather old) Smart Invert function. Yeah, it works, but it is a clunky, clunky, clunky approach and would be so easy to update. 2) And this one is even sillier, when using any prerecorded patterns in the Favorites screen, the control button is incorrect. The button is listed as "Play" which, once started, turns into the international symbol for "Pause", two vertical lines. That is what I would expect it to do and for it to retain its place in the pattern, but rather it stops and resets to the beginning of the pattern. Ideally, once a pattern starts, there should be both Pause and Stop buttons, but to have only one and to have it incorrectly labeled is just sloppy programming.Show lessRubberSlm
