Every time you use it it changes
Everytime you go to use it changes and there are no instructions on the changes. I feel so bad for the franchisees. They have to contend with something and upset customers. The Canadian version sucks.uptowngirl76

Both App and Website are Broken
Tried to create an account on the app and kept giving errors when I would submit, website would do the same thing. Decided to forgo making an account and just order food. App could not find locations near me but I know there are 4 locations in the surrounding area, so that was a bust. Went to the website to order it was able to find locations, wouldn’t load options for a minute, then I would try to add to cart and it would take 2-3 tries, when I was finally finished adding things to my cart. I went to check out with apple pay an it said I hadn’t put my info in for the order, even though I did. Then it got stuck on a loading screen. Refreshed the screen and it had cleared my cart. I have tried their competitors, but I keep coming back to costa vida over the competitors because of the sauces, tortillas, and just everything has so much more flavor. I do admit, their chicken is good, but it could be better. So much love and flavor put into their food as a chain restaurant, it’s actually impressive. Food is good, app for online ordering is really bad
The app is confusing, doesn’t make sense, has weird images for things, and doesn’t seem to suit Costa Vida very well.

This service was fast and efficient. Right now our economy is struggling under President Joe Biden. Hopefully, President Trump is elected so our economy can recover. If President Trump is elected, I will go to Costa Vida more frequently because the inflation rates will decline and the economy will be better. At least the economy was great under President Trump. Delivery options?
I used to order through the app for delivery all the time since there are no options to make my meal gluten free on Door Dash, especially when ordering nachos or chips. All of a sudden, even though all the locations near me say, within the app, that they offer delivery and pickup, I can only order pickup, no delivery. It says “No delivery options available to your address” now. I live less than 1.5 miles from my local Costa Vida, but have some mobility issues and cannot always leave the house. Are they doing away with delivery? Or is this a problem within the app? I miss my fresh Costa food but need the app to be able to order gluten free safely.Show lessOld #19560721
Regularly Deletes Our Orders Before Submitting!
I don’t normally write app reviews, but this is just absolutely unacceptable. 75% of the time when ordering through the Costa Vida app, it will randomly delete the order during checkout, meaning we have to start all over! Sometimes we have orders that take 20 minutes to make, so we’ve lost hours of precious time just trying to order our food. You actually made my mother cry from the sheer frustration the app has given her. This could be easily fixed by saving the order in case an error is thrown.
