Customer Service is lacking
I like system enough but it has its flaws.
One of them being integration with VRBO’s calendar can’t completely match up with how far out you want people to be able to book. Another issue is the messages for cleaning crew aren’t clear and the wording is confusing. The real problem with the App comes with the customer service or lack there of. Eva and Emily B. act more like they are serving you fries at a fast food chain as opposed to helping you troubleshoot an app for you business.

Glitchy. Push notifications don’t work.
Push notifications don’t work. When I tell customer service, it takes them 48 hours to tell me ‘oh that’s strange’. I’ve been trying to schedule a demo call with them for 3 weeks now. Every time I have the demo, they cancel TEN minutes before saying they ‘got held up’. It’s a joke.
Not quite sold yet
We were looking for an intuitive platform toy manage our Airbnb. This has a lot of functionality in that but lacks in a few areas. We love the income reports and scheduled messages. The inability to reach customer service immediately is frustrating as that is necessary at time when running a short term rental. Syncing the calendars when we added another listing cost us hundreds of dollars because dates opened up at a lower price when a previous guest cancelled. This could have been avoided if we were able to talk with someone when setting it up. We will try for a little longer but can’t say this will be our forever platform management app.

Amazing app
This is an amazing channel manager and cheap compared to other channel managers. The customer service is great also, they have been very quick to solve all my issues. 5*.
Great App
We run a couple of Airbnb properties and signed to YP a year or so ago to promote on Booking.com as well. YP makes it very easy to communicate with customers from both portals giving you complete control and know that you will never get a double booking.
The website, search rank, reports and many other tools make it excellent value.

Your Porter App
I love the app! Always improving, always impressive! With an easy to navigate user interface, and helpful efficient tools, this is the only app you’ll need for your Airbnb business!
Key part of our business!
This app is great...I searched for and tried every channel manager on the market (for months!) before picking Your Porter...so glad that we did.
The app is optimized for mobile, which was a huge plus for us. My partner and I each have access to the app, and manage our property together.
Plus, we run only a single property (for now) and didn’t want to pay $40, $60, $80 per month for software.
Pros:
Clean interface, optimized for mobile, great price, auto-messages to guests, custom website included, integrated with PriceLabs, and (surprisingly) REALLY good customer service.
Cons:
No built-in analytics, and the auto-messages to guests are ‘text only’ (so I can’t put our logo/branding on the page)....but this may be a limitation by AirBNB, not YourPorter.
Overall:
Great investment, and it allows me to dedicate my time to the critical parts of the business....highly recommended.
