App Will Not Work On The Phone
I have had the Guesty App for a few months now and the phone version is continually crashing and not working. It does not download and I have to delete and reload almost daily. This is a very frustrating experience and had I not already paid a 12 month subscription I would have abandoned this service by now. Sort this out Guesty as I am not the only one experiencing this problem as verified on multiple FB Guesty user pages.

Could not log onto App
Download the App and could not log on.
It’s not fully functioning yet
I like what this channel manager does, but it’s not fully functioning yet and they are charging a high price for a not fully functioning website. I hate how slow it scrolls when I’m trying to do something, there are glitches that are frustrating. And it doesn’t seem like there is a way for me to manage and change prices on Houfy from Guesty. For that reason I went with another channel manager platform because I couldn’t accomplish what I wanted to do.

Will not allow me to set up an account
I downloaded the App on my cel phone & iPad & it wants me to sign in to an account (which I do not have because I just downloaded the app). It did not give an option to create an account. In order to establish a new account I had to visit the website to set it up. Need to add setup options to app.
Wanted to love it, customer service not good
Guesty was working fine for me for the first two months. Now, the calendars not syncing up property and it’s taking Guesty customer service over 5 business days to even get back to me about it. This is valuable time where I can lose money and guests. I don’t see myself keeping this much longer.
The app has unacceptable bugs!!! Please fix it ASAP!!!
From 31st of December the app doesn’t probably work and allows double bookings to happen when the calendar is blocked and the dates aren’t available. This course a lot of issues with a Airbnb and penalties for host cancellations. Please fix it ASAP. Also in the listings where I have a instant book on it’s been turned off by the app and in some of the listings vice versa.

Buggy after yourporter upgrade to guesty
Sms feature stopped working. Platform messages randomly sent as emails. No response from support after multiple emails and support request. Feel like another great product ruined after acquisition. The worst part is no response from support. Looking to migrate

Solid but room for improvement
Overall I would recommend this tool to others. It has simplified my multiple calendars across multiple properties and booking platforms. I also really love the unified messaging and the financial reporting. Customer service is not bad. I see in other reviews that people have been unhappy with it but for the most part they are responsive over email to me. The frustrating things for me are some of the glitches I run into but they are not showstoppers. Sometimes there is a bug where I cannot scroll up in message threads and there is another bug where you get stuck on certain application pages because the navigation back arrow at the top disappears, but the workaround is just restarting the app so it’s not a showstopper. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how much I love the automated messaging feature. Saves me so much time!
