Fix the bugs!
App is frustrating! Trying to set my automations to my cleaning company. Every time I click on it, the screen scrolls up and disappears. This has been happening for months. I just added another listing to your company and I’m asking myself why.
So glitchy. Would be great if it worked without glitches.
Very often this app signs you out, freezes, glitches, stops sending notifications randomly for days at a time (no change in settings). Tech support is rarely able to help with a solution to these. I constantly have to close and restart app, delete it and reinstall. This would be a time saver app if it worked most the time, but it glitches often enough to be more frustrating than time saving.

From worse to worst!
It’s been quite a journey! I wish they never sold it to Guesty. It’s about time switching PMS I guess. With 168 rentals; I wish they had a solution for all the crap that is going on. From crashing all no never loading calendars, the list goes on and on! Bye bye “Guesty for hosts”!
This is 100% worthless and non-functional on iPad right now.
Every time I attempt anything it logs me out and has me log back in. I legit can’t do anything from my iPad. I got it so I wouldn’t have to do detailed and important stuff on a phone.
Please speed it up…..
I know you guys are probably hosting this on AWS on another cloud provider, can you add more pods to the cluster to speed things up a bit? And please fix the app, I have to close it several times to see messages or timeline to show up. Not worth the price at the moment.
Really wish they would fix the bugs
It’s hard to get anything done when the typing screen covers up the whole page including the text that you’re trying to type on. It’s a good platform but all the bugs make it very difficult to use.
New update is slow and clunky
Very slow load times with the new update although the UI is slightly better
SCAMMY
When you start your trial it transfers power to change prices to the Guesty app, you won't be able to adjust them in Airbnb. When the trail expires, you have no access to your account to disconnect the listing so you either have to pay for a subscription, or never change your Airbnb prices. SCAM
Time Saver
I recommend Guesty for Hosts for any rental owner. It makes managing rentals super convenient, especially the automated messaging aspect. I also like that all my reservations from Airbnb and Vrbo are in one place. Definitely recommend!

Decided to download and try the app for the first time.
Opened it up and got a “Welcome Back” screen and places to enter my email and PW. Since I’ve never used this app before that’s a bit of a challenge.
No link to create a new account.
Tried “forgot password” but as expected, that did nothing since my email isn’t in the system.
Developers might want to create the ability to set up new accounts — hard to grow your client base without that :(
