    “Improved” user interface font is a lot smaller than previous. Icon to start a group conversation gone and now requires 2 taps to start instead of one. Old bugs not fixed like getting stuck on reconnecting and notifications not going away even after reading a message. Still can’t be logged in on my iPad and iPhone at the same time. New bugs introduced like telling me I’m no longer assigned to a patient when I clearly am because it says assigned right next to the patient name and my name is still on the list of assignments. How do I downgrade back to the previous version?

  • Always has been terrible

    I’ve been at Voalte institutions since 2012, always been a buggy, glitchy program that never seems to get any better. Recently jumped from android to iOS and based on prior feedback thought there might be some performance improvement. How could I have been so naive!?! Same ridiculous problems. Delivery of messages always inconsistent. Sometimes the nurse gets your message instantly...other times in 2 hours before they get an alert. 60% of the time after getting an alert for a new message I have to force close and reopen because it sticks on “Reconnecting”.

    If I was in a position to make decisions for my organization would have never let them migrate to Voalte. If your organization is contemplating tell them run, fast, in the opposite direction

  • Useful for communication within hospital

    Only complaint is that I am unable to view text if messages on my Apple Watch.
  • Notification

    I am using an iPhone 11 plus with this app and I find it irritating that it constantly notifies me that my low power is on and it will affect me getting notifications. Please give the option to shut this off or at least only show it a couple times so people are aware. Does not need to pop up constantly.

  • Constant refresh kills battery. Badge count wrong

    I’ve used both Epic text and Voalte on my phone. This app is terrible. It is slow and the constant refresh kills my battery. I have to log in every single time even though the app is live.
    I have to restart the app for EVERY SINGLE BADGE NOTIFICATION bc they don’t turn off automatically when I’ve viewed the message
    The concept of the app is great. I love pulling up the staff assigned to a particular room
    However the execution is terrible

  • Poor settings for notifications—UPDATED

    I need notifications to work. In the Voalte app it is impossible to navigate to turn on notifications. You think you have but have not. This is not an iPhone notifications setting. Navigation between areas in the Voalte app is not user friendly.

    UPDATE 5-4-2020
    The setting to turn on and off notifications within the Voalte app lives in the area where you go to mark yourself available or unavailable. Notifications cannot be changed while you are available—and not getting notifications—-if this selection were either made much more obvious or put in another area that was intuitively accessable— that would make this app much better. Mark yourself unavailable and you will see the notification settings.
    I did upgrade to 3 stars as a result of finding this setting.

  • Why can't we dictate on iOS but on Android version we can?

  • Where is Apple Watch support, and text viewing?

    My hospital just installed this platform......One of the greatest things about the Apple Watch is the fact that I don’t have to pull out my phone to read a txt.

    Yet Voalte doesn’t appear to support Apple Watch in any way.... so unless i have my phone set up to create a unique sound and bypass DND settings, I will often miss a message. This is NOT conducive to effective and rapid communications between physicians and providers!

    What needs to happen is to have the full text appear on the Apple Watch and easy handoff between Watch and phone. When will this happen?

    Competitor apps are so much better, this app is buggy and seems more like a Beta
