Apple Watch Issues
The iPhone app generally works without issue, but the Apple Watch app is essentially unusable. It will note something like “there are no authenticators synced right now” until one unlocks the phone app.
What’s even the point of an Apple Watch app if you have to open the iPhone app every time anyways?

Push notification/accept is unreliable
About a quarter of the time when I try to use mobile push notification for 2FA the notification shows up minutes later, after the login screen has timed out. Doesn’t matter whether I have the app actively open on the screen the pop up shows on or not. What good is 2FA that is so unreliable?

Can’t upgrade as mobile pass ain’t ready
Please make the following improvements
1. Add a timer to show when the token expires
2. Don’t force token reset when switching apps. This makes it impossible to grab the token on your phone -> open another app -> then enter the token to login.
3. Token duration is too short. When encountering slow internet token can expire before login.
4. Fix token desyncing issues

Very boring app !!
iOS 17 compatibility issue
This works as expected in iOS 16.5.1.
However, it crashes upon startup in iOS 17 Beta 3 on my iPhone 13. This seems to crash if there’s an enrolled token present.
I’m sticking with iOS 16 until the app is updated for iOS 17.

Useless
Instructed to scan a QR to activate so you go to the website. At the website you have to sign in. Then you find out you need to pay for this 🤬

It doesn’t work, it generates codes that don’t work with the computer program
Fails when I use mobile data.
For the longest time, it worked great, regardless of whether I was on Wi-Fi or on mobile data. Lately, every time I use mobile data to except, it fails. I haven’t done anything new. It’s entirely possible that the phone company is doing something new. My company is Verizon. but for me, this app has now become a little more of an issue to use than it used to be.

Needs smart watch capabilities
Generally good MFA app. Has a watch app but seems to lack functionality on the watch to complete pin-using sign ons.
