I like this MFA app. It’s very simple & I’ve never had a problem with it. Thank you.
Makes my life easier
Use this to login to hospital computer system. So much easier than anything out there. Other hospital uses a physical token. They tell me there is no way to do it without a physical token seriously.
Hit and Miss App
…sometimes the app populates when our company’s security software attempts to interface—sometimes it fails, requiring me to reboot my work computer & this app.

Works well but can still do better
The app is easy and straightforward to use and push notifications make it a bit easier than having to enter the token each time when logging in.
One thing I would like to see implemented in this app is allowing the use of the phone’s biometrics such as fingerprint or face unlock instead of having to enter the pin each time after approving the push notification or entering the token. It wild make it more convenient for the end user. Other Authenticator apps already do this.

Spotty Push Notifications
It is frequently the case the notifications don’t reach my phone immediately. Sometimes they just don’t come at all. It’s imperative that these notifications are sent synchronously. It’s just disappointing.
