Terrible for tracking workouts
As a member, this app is very frustrating for reviewing workout stats.
Once you tap on a workout, when you close that workout, the app dumps you right out into the main list of workouts. There is no “back” feature.
This should be an easy fix. Instead of an “X” to close the workout, please just have a back arrow.
I would also say that the app doesn’t appear to follow any iOS User Interface guidelines. I believe that’s the main reason it’s simply unpleasant to use. It doesn’t feel like an iOS app.

Log in issues
The latest response from the app designers, developers and/or owners says it all. They state they are extending the log out time in the app for “those users who are on slower networks”
They are actually blaming users and networks for THEIR APP FAILURE.. What a complete waste.
It’s useless. Cant even GET LOGGED IN… I’ve read the issues regarding this app in the reviews and I am having all the same issues as others stated in their reviews from a year ago. I’m very disappointed the gym I’m looking into becoming a member of currently uses this app.

Simply doesn't work
Stick with the browser version, folks. At least it recognises what memberships you have.
No 2FA. Slow. Buggy
No two factor authentication or integrations with password tools. Very buggy. When tying to select a new field will sometimes shoot you to the bottom of the app for no apparent reason. If my gym didn’t force me to use it I wouldn’t. I highly recommend any owners stay source a better tool for their members. Security is important to people.

You would think that the developers would get the hint…
But I guess not, because after several updates this app still steals your data.

Worst app on my phone
Constant crashes. Clunky UI and design. No effort put into improvements in several years.
Clunky
Regularly signs me out, crashes often and takes a long time to load when it is working.
Barely functional
Unfortunately this app barely works on my iPhone. Crashes every time I try to open it, uninstalling and installing sometimes can help and sometimes not... very sad my gym uses it and there’s no web alternative to book classes in case the mobile app doesn’t work.
Helpful & Convenient
I’ve found this app very helpful & convenient to use while staying current with the class schedule and reserving attendance at my favorite yoga studio.

Absolute shocker of an app!
Sign up with a gym and the app keep getting hiccups with payment! End up stealing money from my bank for their internal issues! This should be legal! Got no other issues with other provider beside this. Save your time, money and client and avoid using the app till this a resolve.
