  • It’s ok

    When searching the library for workouts it would be great to have a back button instead of having to close out each tine. When looking at my results for let’s say overhead squat, my 1, 3, & 5 rep I have to type overhead squat then select 1rep, then, to look at my results for 3 I have to close and retype overhead squat. You should also be able to access viewing any notes made when in the library.
  • Calendar options could be improved

    This isn’t a bad app but there are a couple of annoying things. I sign up for classes a week or a month at a time, typically, and it’s tedious to have to add them to my calendar one at a time. I would so appreciate an automatic sync, or the option to select multiple classes and then “add all selected” to my calendar. It’s also annoying that it won’t let you open an old version of the app if there’s an update available. It’s not always a convenient time to do a software update.

  • Works well for my needs, but....

    The only complaint I have is the font color... the gray is so light that even with my phone brightness turned up all the way, it’s very hard to read. I have to take screenshots of the calendar and then zoom in so I can read it.
    A darker shade of gray would make it much easier and still maintain your color palette.
  • Useful but unfinished

    The app needs to have a way for anyone (member or not) to see all available classes. perhaps after clicking a class they are not eligible for; a prompt should appear and direct them to buy that membership.... OR ALLOW YOU TO PAY THE DROP IN FEE!!! This is huge because my school gets tons of regular drop-ins. I see that I am not the first to complain about this lack of a feature.
  • Bugs bugs and more bugs

    Update: Just tried to purchase another membership. Same problem. Screen turns sideways and doesn’t give me a option to pay. Last time it took 48 hours to receive my “bill” and be allowed to pay. I beg my studio owner weekly to switch to Mindbody.

    When I try to purchase a membership to my studio the screen turns sideways and won’t let me pay. Please fix.
    Also, which of your designers had the terrible idea to not let you see the calendar unless I have a current membership. Shouldn’t you want me to see the calendar to tempt me to make a purchase? Embarrassing design flaw.
  • Just plain garbage

    This is the worst member’s gym app I’ve ever used. It’s always taking 10 minutes or longer to load. Then the password requirement is just plain ridiculous. I’ve had the same passwords for years on way more important things than tracking my wods. I’ve had to reset the password for this app so many times I can never remember what it is anymore. The actual usefulness of the app is garbage compared to Wodify or Beyond the Whiteboard. I cannot dissuade enough people from this app. I love to tell our gym owner how much I hate this software and wish she’d go back to Wodify! Don’t let your gym owners swap to this junk.

    This is the third app I’ve used for CrossFit and by far the worse. That’s saying a lot because WODify is petty horrible as well. But it’s difficult to pull up past workout, it’s super glitchy, a lot of the updates fix small problems, but create new ones. I currently can’t see the leaderboard for anything past the first part of my workout. And the interface isn’t very user friendly. I highly recommend going with SugarWOD over Zen Planner
  • Terrible

    When you are trying to set up a payment it won’t scroll to the United States for a country so you can’t register your checking account. I had to enter a debit chard which charges you more for payments. Then once I finally go in, there were no classes listed to sign up for at the gym. Spent 30+ minutes trying. I am hoping to go straight through the gym and get rid of this app.
  • Glitchy

    This is an app used by two of my gyms. I find it to have issues more frequently than any other app I have. It’s frustrating trying to see the WOD or log results and can’t get in. I’ve manually updated the app and restarted my phone. Still just the big Z going in and out. I already know the response, sorry your having issues, please call us to help resolve. Let’s get the app running properly so these downtime’s can be avoided. I feel like this is happening weekly, even though it may be less. Even when I haven’t experienced an issue that day, others in the gym make comments about it being down.
  • Easy to use app

    The app works great for me. I can easily view WODs, review prior results, and sign up for classes.

    I appreciate the new attendance information. It provides an easy comparison of my attendance from week to week and month to month.
