Great customer service
Easy to use app that works well for my needs (premium pass). Very responsive customer service when I forgot to scan on my way out.
Needs to be more flexible with times
It’s a good app - and gives good parking options - I just wish they would change time options so you could book at anytime (or at least 15 minute options) - For example if you have an hour meeting at 10 in the city it’s likely you need to parking at 9:45 and need it to say 11:15 - but you have to book full hours and so in the end are booking for 2 hours rather than 90 minutes

Amazing service and app!
This app and service is a god send, so thankful that someone has come up with it. And to top it off, too have a user friendly app... amazing! Not to mention the helpful customer service if you have any questions.
Great value and customer service
It’s amazing to read so many negative reviews, for an app and service that provides such incredible value for money and awesome customer service. ( People need to be reasonable as to the flexibility they are seeking and their expectations due to their changing of their minds etc)!
I have had nothing than positive experiences and fast customer service to all my queries. The value for money is outstanding, I’m finding parking in the city at a quarter the price I can secure it anywhere else.

Great customer support
I had a shocker booking for the first time. I chose the wrong date so when I tried to enter I was told my booking had expired. Luckily there was a spot still available and I booked again there at the gate. It took about 30 secs, very quick. I emailed Divvy and they were back to me very quickly with the offer of a refund. Great Service. The app is easy to use, just check your booking date

Australian technology park
I can only write from experience using the app for technology park facilities but this was worst experience. Was there for a five day event and needed to park from midday to late evening. Had to book twice and pay for 6am to 6pm and then from 6pm to 6am. So much for efficient use of parking space. App was hard to use. Had trouble getting out of car park at one point. Overall. Rubbish.

We are sad to hear about your negative review parking at ATP. As we do not own the carpark, we have to work with our property owners and ensure we are offering parking products that suit all types of visitors including people who work in the park. We have a day and evening product split, especially for our event visitors so they are able to secure evening parking. We also offer an hourly product too should this be more suitable. We really appreciate your feedback however and will include this in our feedback sessions for App improvements! DIVVY :)
Good product, flexible and great service
I made an absolute meal of my first booking. Got the dates wrong. Later realised I’d booked a 3 month minimum spot. Customer service very responsive and understanding. More than I would have thought for a purely app-based product. They refunded me too - which they didn’t really have to do as they were both my mistakes. Good corporate citizenship. Great product too. I like this company.

Terrible App
Where do I start . . . The website doesn’t auto fill addresses in Australia, it lists addresses in USA. It is incredibly expensive, $10 an hour to park in Redfern. It doesn’t charge you for time parked. So if you park 2.5 hours you pay 3Hours. The functionality to extend the parking is non existent you have to make another booking through their already difficult and clunky website. The whole thing needs a redesign.

Great App
Really impressed with Divvy. Easy to find suitable parking, easy to book, easy to enter and exit. Highly recommended. I just wish I knew about it sooner, only found it by chance when I drove to a hotel carpark in Rushcutters Bay.
