I walked for 15 minutes in 42🌡 to find out that they have a technical problem and I can’t use the car!!
Ekar is a fail
Worst car rental application ever! They’re not connected to Ministry of Interior and do license authentication manually which takes as they say 1-2 weeks, but it actually takes 2-3 months! Every time I call the customer service they repeat the same sentences and don’t solve the problem! I had the worst experience with this app and I needed a car urgently and they didn’t cooperate at all.

The staff is bad in dealing in most of the time the cars do not work and the amount is refunded because the door does not work or the battery The technical support is bad and slow
Misleading you!
They say on their website fuel is on them on none-monthly rentals and you don’t need to pay at the gas station as all cars has a device, I have rented a car for a day, had low fuel so went to gas station to fill it up, the gas station asked me to pay as the car is not equipped with payment device, so I had to pay for a full tank, when I ask the company they said their fuel coverage is only limited to one category which is pay per minute (not as they promote on their website) and they will not refund the extra fuel that I followed.. don’t recommend it at all.. on top that the car was super dirty from inside and out side..

Awful service
So expensive compared to the competitor. My bank card had expired and they charged me a 30 dirham fee even though I paid within 15 mins of using the service. Plus the extra fees they csharge for Salik is ridiculous.
They also ask you to photograph every corner of the car before and after use, which is just annoying.

Worst app to drag customers money
Due to application issue my payment was declined and immediately in next minute i made the payment still i have been changed 30 AED extra, this is not the first time that Ekar have charged me extra, this was the last time i am using this app and going ahead will recommend others also not to use Ekar anymore.

I like the service but not the user experience
As I mentioned in the title the service is great, the cars are very clean and new, but the application UX is horrible very buggy and needs a lot of enhancement to match the wonderful service that u are offering.
