Terrible App and experience
I also faced a bug that prevented me to log in to rebook the car. The support team is not very helpful either.
I’ve used many ride-sharing apps in the UAE and in different countries, but ekar has a long way to go in their app, services and support.

Hi, our app actually notifies the users when they are ending the trip outside the geofence and in unauthorized places. If the reservation is still ended outside the geofence, our team calls and informs the user to reserve the vehicle to avoid the penalty.

These people and company are scammers!!! They are stealing people’s money, they trick Apple Reviwers to say they accept Apple Pay, but in the App they force it to fail and for e people to add their own cards, so they can directly charge whatever and whenever they want. They charge u disputed fines, they charge other people consumption and their scammer company run without a Customer Support team that people has no way to reclaim their money back!!
Please Apple, shut down this scammer company and remove their app from the AppStore for going against the guidelines!!!

Hi Diney, unfortunately the claims made in this review are incorrect. We do accept the payments through apple pay and in no way we can decline them purposely. The users have to switch on recurring payments to avoid any declines. Also, our team is available 24 by 7 and can be contacted via phone or email.

Hi, our long term vehicles do not cover fuel and parking and to avoid any inconvenience to the next possible user we request all our users to refuel the car to the same level before ending the trip. We do give a buffer of 10% variance but anything beyond this will attract a penalty.
