STAY AWAY
Last evening I downloaded the app based on my credit union's advice. Within minutes I began receiving alerts and then texts advising of purchases I did not make. They even were mimicking my credit union's texts (impersonating them), with urgent messages to call right away. Long story short when they had me on the phone they were trying to hack my account. I ended up stating I was coming into the credit union to take care of it. They got angry stating the (false) charges would go through. My credit union was great - they have their numbers and are tracking them. Wish people would get jobs instead of trying to steal others money...Show lessHackers paradise
Amazing app
Secure lock is a wonderful app they help me just recently when my debit card was stolen. The only other improvement they could make which would make me think about taking this down from five stars would be to add some sort of location tracking app if possible I’m not really sure how cards work though.Show lessunknown🔏

No matter if it’s a crazy Monday morning or a rush on Friday afternoons, Suzy & Angela are always kind even when I’m calling and their working the drive thru, they multitask to take care of their customers. The manager is amazing and really explains what the contracts say and will go out of her way to help you get the best deal and keep you at your budget each month. When it works it’s great- when it doesn’t, it’s a nightmare to work out. This is linked to my bank. There is no way for the back or SecureLock customer service to help you actually become unlocked. You’ll have to delete the app and reinstall it. In the meantime, this is now my third reinstall and the other two are floating somewhere in space. It should not be this difficult. Secure Lock has more than enough information about you to quiz for your security and help reset the password easily. This is not a good way to feel secure when the actual company for the app can’t help.Show lesskindred souls

I have had this app for a while and around the same time each year I have to delete the app and redownload it because it would forget my login in information but when it is working it’s a great app that tracks my transactions and allows me to keep an eye on my card. I really enjoy it.Em&Em98
Need an update that doesn’t exist?
After using for a few months and having relatively no issues, I went to unlock a card today to find that “this version is unsupported” and it sent me back to the App Store. However, the app hasn’t been updated in months. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, got the same issue. A sad end to a useful service.
Edit - I found a work around. You have to install the app on a different phone, re-register your cards, then log back in on your main. Luckily I had an old backup phone, but I would suggest fixing that.Show lessRex__14
Terrible!
All of a sudden my app is saying that the version I have is no longer supported and wants me to update but yet there’s no new update for the app! I also turned my card off last night when the app was still working and now I can’t even use my card because I can’t even get in to turn my card back on! Either update the app or let people get in long enough to turn their cards on and then delete their account if you aren’t going to make fixes and improvements to your app! Not good at all
If I could leave blank I would!!! I go in to the app to go to unlock my card to pay some bills, I can’t get into the app because it saying this version is not supported go to App Store and update it. I deleted and reinstalled and have the up-to-date version for my phone, and I still cannot get into the app to unlock my card. It keeps saying “get updated version “ once I figure out how to unlock my car I will be deleting this and won’t use it again. It’s worthless and doesn’t work properly, causes nothing but an inconvenience.Show lesskeriegolen9
Not Receiving Transaction Alerts
I really like this app, but since this past Sunday, I am no longer receiving transaction alerts. I have double checked my notification settings, and nothing there has changed. I am assuming it is a bug in the app. I hope this gets resolved soon!lifed1
Push Notification/Alert Issues
I’m not sure what’s happened but I’m no longer receiving push notifications/transaction alerts. This started about a week ago. I’ve checked my settings, but can’t find anything has been turned off.
