  • Saved my checking account!

    This app saved my account from being drained. It alerted me of an unauthorized chatge, logged in, turned off card. Called merchant, they cancelled and reversed charges. Reported and cancelled card with financial institution. App shows card “Hot” and 15 denied charges since the first charge after a day and a half. All financial institutions should use. Thankfully both of mine do and I feel secure with it.

  • I like it!

    It’s simple and convenient. I’ve had my card compromised in the past. With this app, I can easily turn the card off/on whenever I want. I’ve forgotten to turn it back on and tried using it and it did get denied. So, it does work. One card is used, I usually get an alert within a couple minutes of the transaction.

  • Garbage

    If you have cards from two different banks offering SecurLOCK equip, you’re out of luck, because this subpar app can only accept multiple cards from the SAME bank.
    You can’t copy/paste, which is infuriating if you use a complicated passcode or want to paste a 16-digit card number.
    Also, SecurLock likes to pretend to support Touch ID. And it does the day you set it up. Come back a week later and POOF! It’s gone.
    This COULD be a great app, but it will never be, because Fidelity National doesn’t care what end users think. Reviews here have consistently complained about Touch ID to no avail.
    You can touch the support link but you will end up on a useless FIS Global corporate site with no discernible end user support.
    Regulation E and Zero Liability protect my money and are less aggravating than this app. The only reason I keep it on my phone is I HOPE it gets better.

  • Don’t like the updated version

    I recently downloaded the latest update. Now when I close the app out (by swiping up which should totally close the app out), it doesn’t log me off. I can reopen the app without entering any credentials. And where did the option for a passcode go?! I am not interested in using Touch ID because I know for a fact that my phone will open with my son’s finger touching the home button which is why I don’t use Touch ID for anything. Please bring back the complete log out when I close the app and the passcode option.

  • PLEASE FIX!!!!!!!!

    Come on now....this app already never worked with finger recognition. I had misplaced hopes it would now work with Face ID. NOT!!!!!
    This could be a good app if only you would fix the “enable/disable Face ID” toggle to stick. You’re not able to use Face ID for this app because every time you log off the app or press the back arrow it toggles to disable. There is no indication this setting can be saved either. Doesn’t matter if iPhone setting for this app allows you to select Face ID. The app itself doesn’t save the enable setting. Just do better!

  • Touch ID issues

    I really want to rank this app more highly, but I have a phone with Touch ID for a reason, and that reason is not to keep having to type my password in over and over. For security, I could understand having to manually enter a password occasionally, but this happens daily and it's a pain. When this is fixed, I will happily kick my rating up a few notches.

  • Thankful

    Very thankful I had this app when my card was compromised. It notified me ASAP that the card had been used. I noticed rt away and it was deactivated before any money was taken out. They tried using it again last night with no success.
    The touch pad doesn’t always work but hopefully soon. It saved me thank goodness.

  • Great potential, but...

    I was super excited to use this app but have found myself continually disappointed. The login is an absolute pain, if you accidentally close the app it makes login all over again – not to mention if you mess up your password 3 times you have to call state bank to set up a new one. The interface and user-friendly aspect is also horrible. Things are confusing and difficult to click on, not to mention the design of the app looks like crap. If you want to give the message that this a trustworthy tool, make it look professional, instead of something that’s going to give my phone a virus.

  • Consistently logs me out

    It seems that every time I clear the memory or restart my iPhone that I get logged out, or it’s logging me out at random intervals. I use a password app that generates complex passwords and this app doesn’t let you paste, so it’s become a pain. Also after I log back in it sometimes won’t update all of the transactions and manually trying to refresh the list does nothing. I used to get text messages every time my cards were used and now my bank has switched to this constant maintenance app. I’m so tired of having to log back into this thing.

  • Great concept, poor execution

    I want this app to work how it’s designed. The controls work fine but Touch ID randomly stops working and I have to type in my password. I also notice the transaction log hasn’t updated for almost a month. Notifications work hit or miss. When I pull down on the transaction logs, the app looks like it is refreshing (spinning wheel at the top) but just hangs. I let it sit for over a minute and still nothing. The concept is great! Just wish it actually worked. My os is up to date and the app is up to date.
