Everything I Need In a Tidy Little Package
I haven't been using it long but it's so nice to have everything in one place. I'm just trying to catch up with all my transactions and financials and input all my workflows I've already worked on and used elsewhere. Useless

Huge fan of 17hats.... not their app
I absolutely love 17 hats, I've been using them for a couple years now and I adore their service. However their app needs a lot of work. I should be able to send emails, contracts and invoices from within the app. The fact that you can't send anything, just makes this app a fun thing to look at. It would be nice if I use tasks more often but if you don't use them on the web app then the iPhone app won't be much help.Show lessSupaNinja

Mobile version needs help
I like the desktop version better. Mobile app is very limiting. When I'm on the go and need to create a new workflow, template, or make adjustments to a quote before sending, mobile app doesn't have those functions.Hairbyladylyn
Absolutely Useless.
This app shouldn't have been put out. It's frustrating useless. I can't send questionnaires - it wants me to fill out the questionnaire. Every step I take to input client info, add a workflow, or add a project results in the app crashing and there's no reason I should have to log in again every single time the app closes. I unfortunately signed up for 2 years with 17Hats. Once that it up I'll be seeking out a competitor that actually cares about their clients and the quality of their product.Show lessT45678
Keeps crashing not good enough yet
I'm happy that there is finally an app. But what I don't like is the there is no Touch ID or remember my password function.
Lastly this version keeps logging me out. I look at a project then it kicks me out and I have to login again.

I want to like this app
I absolutely love the desktop version of 17hats. It has helped my workflow and kept me more focused on what I need to do from day to day. Also love that I can have contracts, quotes, invoices, and bookkeeping all in one place. Would really love to see more functionality in the app and more freedom to do all of the things the desktop site allows. I'm super disappointed in the app seeing as the only reason I can find for it to be useful would be the calendar, but every time I click on the calendar section the app closes then after the 4th or 5th time it'll make me log back in. Please update the features and fix the bugs!!Show lessSieotter
This version is very buggy but has potential
It logs me out every time I close the app - which if it's a security feature would love to see option to integrate with fingerprint sensor because otherwise it's just agitating.
As other reviewers have said it's a really stripped down version of the web app - I pretty much can't use the app when on the road which kind of defeats the purpose. I just decided to subscribe to the service this last month to try it out for a while but if these kinds of things are fixed I probably won't stick with the platform.Show lessReformationDesigns
