Great start but not as powerful as site
I love 17Hats, they make running my business so much easier. With that said I'm out of my office a lot and the app is a great time saver when I can do what I need on it. What I meN by that is not all the features are available on the app. I wish I had access to my notes from a project, could write quotes, edit invoices, use the timer, etc.
I know it's just a matter of time until they get more jammed packed into the app but I wish it was all here already.Show less@MrMendez20
Could be better
The app is good however I'd like to be able to perform the same emailing and book keeping functionality as the website.amignon
Just the right tool for service based entrepreneurs
Being able to automate my coaching practice, pozstep, by using 17 hats has made life so much easier. There are a few elements that are worth noting,
1/ the quote, contract and invoice process is fabulous and every client I work with comments on it, due to its ease of use
2/ linking to an accounting package makes life so much easier
3/ the app keeps you connected wherever you are and allows me to keep coaching notes in one place either in text or PDF format
It would be good if it would link to other auto responders, but it has a very basic function that enables this if you haven't already been growing your list elsewhereShow lessThe Mindset Coach
Favorite All In One Business Tool
I just started up a business and before I knew it I had a bunch of clients, contracts and invoice to keep track of. 17hats is simple and easy to navigate, you create a contact, add a project then everything goes in there to keep track of and edit. You can see when clients view documents and sign them. I also appreciate the sense of humor in their tutorials, made me feel like I had a business partner.Show less1st Row Films

Baby Steps
At first the app was no good. Couldn't do anything useful - had to be on a computer to find contacts, add workflows, see the calendar, send emails, etc.
But improvements have definitely been made! It's much, much better now and I hope it continues! 😊Wet Nose Images
Good app to stay organized
I'm really liking it so far, love the way it compartmentalizes everything, I think it is really helping. The work flows seem very powerful and overwhelming to set up so far. Same with life cycles. I'm still having to do a lot of things manually which I'm hoping to correct. There is not a way to reconcile the bank ledger so be careful with that. There are definitely areas that need improvement but I feel like they are a growing company and do support the product. Their chat windows work great for support.Show less2ndwindranch

Thank you for spending the time to making this app better than just a viewing app but rather a functional and useful tool. I spend a lot of time on the road and a computer is not always available or convenient and so it's really great that I'm able to do at least some of the important functions from the app while on the go.
